The Mental Health Show - What is it?
I am extremely excited to be joining the Auscast Network with my latest project, The Mental Health Show Podcast Series.
I am very passionate about mental health and as a result I have embarked on a podcast journey.
During my podcasts I interview Psychiatrists, Psychologists, those who run mental health organizations like RUOK and Beyond Blue, I speak with carers, who are looking after loved ones with mental issues, and I speak with those who are or have been the victims of a mental health condition.
I am hoping The Mental Health Show Podcast series will inform, assist, inspire and spread the word about all things mental health.
I discuss with honesty and clarity my own mental health issues, again in the hope I can inspire others to take action as they focus on getting well.
But most of all I hope my podcast will encourage a more open and transparent discussion about metal health into the future.
