#24: Through The Water With Dean Milwain
In the latest episode of Through The Water With, former Olympian and Commonwealth Games gold medalist, Dean Milwain, says everything 'clicked into place' when he turned 11. However, by the age of 21, after winning gold at the 2006 Commonwealth Games and competing at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, he retired due to falling out of love with the sport. It took more than a decade for Dean to get the itch back for swimming, and one day during lockdown in 2020, he decided he would return to the pool as a masters swimmer. Dean now has hopes of claiming British masters records.
