E7 - Where have I been? (Musings)
In this episode I talk about why there has been a big gap between episodes 3 and 4. Almost 17 months. A lot has happened, a breakup, mourning , burnout, turning 40. But I also changed lives, ran an ADHD workshop ( Black Girls Camping), mentored some lovely ladies, got voted Best Anxiety Podcast of 2021 (Best British Startups), published a planner for neurodiverse people (Wilder Black - on Amazon) and won an award for neurodivergent woman of 2022, (Women Beyond the Box) all through this podcast.

E2 - The questions of my dysfunctional life was answered by ADHD
In this episode, due to the constant conversations I’ve had with many women online during ADHD Awareness Month I decided to dedicate this podcast to my journey with ADHD.
It’s very personal but an interesting eye opener to my struggles from a child to an adult and how I became aware of my condition and how being medicated helped me see the forest through the trees.
