9. Aware parenting and Baby sleep
In this episode, we talk about aware parenting, baby and toddler sleep, and attachment play. Aware Parenting has been extremely impactful in our relationships with our boys and with our husbands. We talk a lot about our relationship with our own emotions and how that impacts our ability to help our children process their emotions. There is a lot of talk about how to deal with babies and kids when they cry, how we may want to just be there for them as they process their feelings rather than trying to fix everything. We also touch on how processing emotions with babies may help their ability to sleep. And we finish up on how to translate these techniques for babies into Attachment Play with kids up to 12 years old.

7. Navigating the First Trimester
In this episode, we talk about how to navigate the first trimester of pregnancy. During the first trimester, there are a lot of rapid hormone changes as your body creates the placenta and adjust to pregnancy. The creation of hormones and growing the baby require a lot of fats, vitamins and minerals which can leave mom depleted if she isn't taking in enough in her diet. Couple that with the fact that the first trimester often brings out nausea and food aversions, it makes it difficult to keep up with our body's needs.
