Breaking the chains of the past & freeing your perception
This week we’re going to look at the assumptions and beliefs that colour how we perceive the world. When we assume we can distort our perception of others and have a negative effect on relationships and ourselves. A key attitude in mindfulness is openness, seeing the world in front of us as it is, letting go of judgement and a willingness to see things in a new way.

Walking the path of happiness
