All is clear.
All is within me,
To live life right here.
PAUSE
Possibilities appear,
Fireworks in the sky.
I stand here in awe.
Knowing I can fly.

It requires I release,
The old versions of me.
Strip away the past,
And let me fly free.

Old stories that keep me bound.
Breathe, breathe, breathe them out,
The process is profound.

Allow your mind to quiet
and still the voice in your head.
then let your body relax
Sink deeply into your bed.
LONG PAUSE
Let the stillness take over
as you go deep inside,
with tension dissolving
and peace as your guide.
LONG PAUSE
Follow the peace as it spreads
from head to toe,
relaxing your shoulders and your back,
your body as a whole.
LONG PAUSE
Now, envision a rosebud,
straight and tall,
waiting to blossom
with its red velvet petals.
PAUSE
The rosebud travels
deep to your inner garden;
it reaches the heart
where it wants to get started.
PAUSE
Slowly, the petals peek out,
just a little at first,
until the rose opens
with a splendid burst.
PAUSE
Love cascades in your heart,
when the rose bursts forth.
You can feel it growing in your body
all the way through your core.
PAUSE
You notice your skin
takes on the fragrance of rose,
and the feeling of love
supports your repose.
PAUSE
And, intuitively, you know
that if you touch someone’s hand
you’ll transfer the love
and feel it expand.
PAUSE
And then before your eyes,
a purple aster blooms
and journeys to your heart
bringing faith and wisdom.
PAUSE
And from the aster’s center
wisdom and faith are released,
and a sense of trusting yourself more
comes on with some peace.
PAUSE
So, take a few minutes
and dive deeply inward,
you hear “I trust myself”
coming to you as a whisper.
PAUSE
Now, recognize
the flowers of love and faith,
and notice a daffodil appears
gifting you with more traits.
PAUSE
Yellow daffodils shine light
on what is the truth.
They also bring forgiveness
which can be freeing to you.
PAUSE
So the daffodil lights up the heart
with what is honest and real
and cozies up to the rose and aster
creating an inner garden you feel.
PAUSE
So in a moment,
the truth of your life becomes clear,
and with love, you forgive mistakes
and let go with no fear.
PAUSE
Now, white edelweiss joins in,
filling up some heart spaces;
it’s a flower of courage
and not found in many places.
PAUSE
As it blooms, you know
you’ve been a tower of courage,
and you thank the edelweiss
and let go of any worry.
PAUSE
You pause for a moment,
gazing at the garden of your heart
feeling the power of the flowers
and what they impart.
PAUSE
Then, a marigold appears
with orange petals in layers
sparking creativity in you
that you want to share.
PAUSE
In your mind’s eye,
there’s a painting you paint,
the colors swirl together
and ignite your creativity
once again.
PAUSE
Then a rose in a yellow
that blossoms quite fair
Fills your heart with joy,
and then some to spare.
PAUSE
And it’s followed by a lily
with peace in its aura
bestowing its calm
which, of course, you adore.
PAUSE
Now, your heart is healing
with a rich flower bouquet
that shares its gifts
to ensure
you’re more than okay.
PAUSE
And with gratitude abounding,
you wrap up your bouquet,
you know it’s there blossoming
and ready for you, any day.

You have the choice to live your life to the fullest. Dream big…. and be the creator of your own landscape…today’s energy healing will create a spark of empowerment and inspiration.
Lets begin finding a comfortable easy position…..let your body guide you to what that is…
Settle in….close down your eyes…drop your eyes downward to your heart…flood it with love and compassion… kindness….
I call forth blessings for this day, draw your Spirit close to re connect her with your deepest desires….for the highest and greatest good…and so it is….
Slowly….begin to take small sips of breath……in through your nose and out through your mouth….do this a few times…….notice how the air touches your nostrils and when you blow out it touches and flows over your lips…….feel the cool air in… and warm air out…….
Now let your breath be normal….natural….and quiet……..sink in more and more. Your body is becoming so relaxed, light and peaceful…….
You have all it takes within you to spark your deepest desires…..sometimes we are stuck in fear and it blocks us from seeing… feeling… and knowing… we have this capacity….
Let’s release the old beliefs and fears that hold you back……drop your awareness to the base of your spine….visualize and create a strong cord attached from your base….at the other end is a heavy weight……drop it down down down to the center of the earth…….feel it hit the earth and feel anchored…….now scan your body for any resistance to feeling you can have it all….you can live your life to the fullest……don’t just say it “feel” it……
Say in your mind I am living my life to the fullest…..
Imagine holding a big thick book……it's a hard cover and leather bound…..place your hands on the book and infuse it with your energy and vibration…..take a deep breath in and out…..
As you open it………tiny sparkles of pixie dust fly out and surround you and the room you're in……..Open it up to a blank clean page…….it's ready to be filled with your ideal life's desires…..
What do you really want if anything was possible….. what would your best life look like….remember you can do anything………imagine you can decide…..
Let's look at the next 12 months……what is something you want to experience, accomplish or change….
See and feel the future as if it is already here…….already..now…….PAUSE
You are feeling so wonderful….having accomplished it all….grateful….. happy…. content and empowered……feel a smile come to your face and an inner smile in your heart……
Keep allowing this energy to bring you the happiness you deserve…..claim it…..

Relax…
And just notice what’s swimming around.

Like grains of sand, they gather,
All the worries and fears.
Heavy boulders slowly roll in,
Filling you up with tears.
PAUSE
The what if’s and the questions,
The why’s and the pain.
You’re drowning in the suffering,
So much you can’t contain.
PAUSE
It crescendos real high,
With winds of a mighty force.
Uprooted and helpless,
You must let it take its course.
PAUSE
The outpour of emotions,
The exhale of all that’s dark.
All that’s been pent up,
Releases with quite a shock.

A goal tends to come in pieces,
One determined choice after another.
Just as we live our lives day by day,
We go after what we want the same way.
PAUSE…
The key is just to keep moving,
To pedal with all of your might.
Keep those feet in steady motion,
And the larger aim clearly in sight.

Though your legs will regularly complain,
And the sweat will roll right in your eyes.
If you give in to the voice that wants you to quit,

Inhale a breath of refreshing air,
that opens and relaxes
with a gentle coolness
spreading through you.
LONG PAUSE
Now, allow yourself to relax
even more deeply,
and as you continue breathing in
cool, comfortable air,
feel your body calm
and become lighter,
almost weightless in the sheets.

The sheets are cool and crisp
to the touch
and they feel wonderful
as they brush against your skin.

Now, imagine a breeze
with just a tiny hint of a chill
lightly tumbling over your body,
bringing your body to

A moment later,
you reach down and
cup your hands,
so the cool stream water

filled with water appear.

slides down your throat,
gently cooling you
from the inside.

Inhale a breath of refreshing air,
that opens and relaxes
with a gentle coolness
spreading through you.
LONG PAUSE
Now, allow yourself to relax
even more deeply,
and as you continue breathing in
cool, comfortable air,
feel your body calm
and become lighter,
almost weightless in the sheets.

The sheets are cool and crisp
to the touch
and they feel wonderful
as they brush against your skin.

Now, imagine a breeze
with just a tiny hint of a chill
lightly tumbling over your body,
bringing your body to
a comfortable temperature to sleep.

And the breeze lifts you
ever so slightly off the bed
so that it cools the expanse of your back
before gently laying you back
on your sheets.

And while the cool breeze
softly blows,
imagine a small mountain stream
filled with rocks and cool water
running alongside your bed.

After a moment,
you move into the stream,
allowing the cool water

and you’re pleasantly surprised how
comfortable this makes you feel.

Today’s healing will focus on the throat chakra. The word chakra is a sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “disk”. These energy centers are points of intersection where the mind and body meet. Each chakra holds vital information for well being and healing. When a chakra is blocked or closed it may cause physical, emotional or spiritual distress. As I guide you into this healing environment I will work on creating balance and support.
To best experience this energy treatment…..lie down and be comfortable.
Lets invoke….I call forth your spirit…spirit guides…Angels…masters and guardians to surround you at this time. Working with the vibration of sound to aid you in communication, creativity and harmony.…..and so it is….and so be it…..
Close down your eyes….feel your body descend… deeper… and deeper to the surface you're lying on. You are about to go on a journey…..a journey of self discovery and a personal quest…..
The throat chakra located at the region of the neck and shoulders…..the place of sound, words and vibration ….PAUSE
The element of this energy center is sound…..and the breath….PAUSE
Turn inward to the sound of your breath…….notice the sound between your inner ears…..PAUSE
Notice the sound at the back of the throat…….
Notice the sound outside of your ears……..
Can you hear your breath?......
How miraculous is this…….PAUSE
At the time of your birth and entrance into this world your cries were heard…..
A symphony of unique sound…..that is distinctively yours…..PAUSE
Your voice is precious….sweet and special…..PAUSE
Like the harmonies of a symphony……you create communication with yourself and others….LONG PAUSE
Drop deeper within…..take a nice long slow deep breath in…….and a nice long slow deep breath out….PAUSE
Feel your throat expand with the air coming in……and slightly contract with the air emptying….PAUSE
Begin to visualize a bright color blue…..spacious like the sky……..right at the center of your throat…PAUSE
This blue light has a distinct vibration to it……feel its wave of light move in and around your throat…PAUSE
The frequency creates large circles…….like a vortex……in a clockwise direction…PAUSE
Feel the flow……the vibration….and waves of light….LONG PAUSE
This light is activating a sound…….the seed sound of the throat chakra……PAUSE
It is a light, airy, an ethereal sound….the sound of ether…..PAUSE
Hear this sound now…………PAUSE
HAM……HAM……HAM…….LONG PAUSE
This frequency now changes direction….large circles….like a vortex….in a counter clockwise direction……PAUSE
Activating the seed sound once again……HAM….HAM….HAM….LONG PAUSE
Finally…this magnificent color blue spreads throughout your entire body…….
Feel the coolness…….the activation of communication……oneness and expression…PAUSE
Feel this expansive state….. the state of unity…..you feel awakened and alive…PAUSE
You now can express yourself….authentically……and speak your truth…PAUSE
Anything that is not serving you from a place of communication is being washed away…….
Stay here as the blue waves continue to wash you clean….…… to a place of harmony and balance…..…..LONG PAUSE
Slowly return……return…..slowly….PAUSE
Come back to your breath…..welcome it in…..joyfully and with ease…PAUSE
The integration is complete…….Your throat chakra is feeling more balanced…..healed and open……PAUSE

All who need her,
To provide a warm place to nest.
Arms wide open,
Heart full of love,

Her roots dig deep,

You are gracefully attached to the branch, feeling the energy of life surging through your veins.
Yet, you sense the subtle urging to let go and embrace the inevitable change that lies ahead.

As you take another deep breath in, feel the gentle breeze inviting you to release your grip.
Trust the river of life to carry you forward, knowing that it will lead you exactly where you need to be.
With each exhale, allow yourself to let go a little more.

Witness the resistance within you, the fear of the unknown, and the attachment to the familiar.
Acknowledge these feelings with kindness, for they are part of being human.

Find the rhythm of your breathing.
The slow rise of your belly and chest and you breathe in.
And the contraction of your body as you breathe out.

With your breath.
Riding its gentle waves in and out of your body.
Over and over again,
Settling into its cycle.

Now take a big, deep breath in,
Imagining the air clearing out what’s inside.
Hold it for just a moment.

Disappointment fills my heart,
Loneliness carves a hole.
I can’t tell you how many times,
I have felt invisible.

I don’t need the world to see me,
I already know who I am.
But when you look right past me,
It crushes me paper thin.
PAUSE
I often feel like I’m holding,
Everything we hold dear.
Juggling, pushing and getting it done,
While you’re anywhere but here.

At times, you stop and notice,
With words that feel sincere.
But most times I’m convinced,
You’ve forgotten that I’m here.
PAUSE
I want you to see me,
I’m not out of your view.
I want you to notice,
I’m pulling away from you.
PAUSE

And demand to be seen.
With love and hope, I tell you,
To honor me like a queen.

The intention of today’s healing is to create an atmosphere of sacredness in your environment and within your being. Your sacred space is a place where you can always go to connect and be present.
I bless our space…I bless you here in this moment…I call upon your Spirit, Spirit guides and angels. Any personal intentions place now in your mind and in your heart. And so it is and so be it….
Allow yourself to find either a seated or resting position….lay down your worries and the stress of the day….close your eyes…notice at first it may be difficult to close down your eyes, and you find them moving behind the lids….bring an air of heaviness to them as they settle down and drop the gaze inward down to your heart………heavy…..
Now focus all your attention on your breath….start at first just noticing and being curious…….how are you breathing…..in and out of the nose…..in and out of the mouth….or a combination of the both………be the witness….without judgment…..is your breath short and choppy……or long and smooth………use this quiet moment to notice….PAUSE
I invite you now to anchor the breath…..and begin to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth……..using the breath as an anchor to keep us tethered in the practice…….
Stay with this breath for a few more moments…..PAUSE
Your body is getting more and more relaxed…..falling into position….your face melts and softens……jaw and mouth eases tension…….shoulders arms and legs…. .……let go….stomach muscles soften…….fingers and toes…..rest…..your back decompresses and hips surrender………
Begin to visualize with your eyes closed the room you're in…… place yourself here in the present time…..bring to mind the walls, floor ceiling or anything else that grabs your attention…..
Calling forth the 4 directions imagine
Turn to the North…….the north represents earth….home ..security and fertility…..call to mind what these are for you or what you desire…….PAUSE
Turn to the South…….the south represents our relationships….our passions…sparks of life and manifestation……..call to mind what these are for you or what you desire……PAUSE
Turn to the East……the East represents communication with yourself and others….new beginnings and new growth…..call to mind what these are for you or what you desire…..PAUSE
Turn the the West…..the West represents mystery….endings….to release what no longer serves us…….to surrender to our highest self and power…….call to mind what these are for you or what you desire…..PAUSE
Now that all the directions are called in……….begin to hear the beating of a drum…….it starts far off in the distance…………quietly………it is now is getting closer and closer………..it's beating more rapidly and louder…..PAUSE
Imagine you're sitting in a sacred circle…………fire is all around you…..nothing to be afraid of…….you are safe…..this fire element is cleansing and healing you from the outside in…………feel its warmth…..its glorious roar and energy………… enjoy the energy it shares with you…………take nice long slow deep breaths in and out…….in and out in and out……..

Begin by taking a deep breath in,
Feeling the air fill your lungs,
Hold it for a moment,
And then exhale.

Let go of all tension,
All the thoughts that are not serving you in this moment.

Let go of all expectations,
All judgments.
Just be here, right now.

Now, visualize your heart as a radiant source of light.
As you breathe in, see this light growing brighter and stronger.

Compassion is not just an emotion,
But a bridge between souls,

Or perhaps, you’ve lashed out and weren’t able to get the right words out.

Envision their face, their eyes.
Remember, they, like you, are on a journey.

They too carry their burdens, their fears, their hopes and dreams.
PAUSE…
As you hold their image in your mind's eye,
Let your heart light expand towards them.
PAUSE…
Imagine it enveloping them,
Wrapping them in compassion,
Understanding,
And love.
PAUSE…
Feel a gentle,
Warm connection between you and this person.
PAUSE…
Now, visualize yourself speaking to this dear soul.
Choose words that come from your heart,
Words steeped in compassion.
PAUSE…
Notice how your words carry your light,
Creating a gentle,
Safe space around the conversation.
PAUSE…
Feel the vibration of understanding, of empathy, resonate between the two of you.
And as you speak, remember to listen.
See their words enveloped in the same light of compassion, reaching out to you.

Absorb their words, their feelings, their unspoken emotions.
In this light, there's no judgment, no blame, only understanding, only compassion.

You are learning the language of the heart, a language that is softer, kinder, and more powerful than any other.
It's a language that heals, bridges gaps, resolves conflicts, and brings people closer together.

As we come to the end of this meditation, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, remember this feeling of compassionate communication.
Know that you can return to this space at any time, in any conversation.

Sometimes when I’m frozen,
But my thoughts are bursting inside.
So much energy is spent,
Trying to calm their wild ride.
PAUSE…
I beat myself up for not doing,
The tasks that need to get done.
But all my time is spent,
Holding back the desire to run.
PAUSE…
One minute I’m angry,
The next I’m in tears.
The tough love voice yells loud,
Its truth rings loud in my ears.
PAUSE…
I crumble into bed,
Exhausted from the fight.
Feeling a little crazy,
Knowing I’m not quite right.
PAUSE…
It’s here at the lowest,
When the whisper softly sings.
It’ll all be okay, sweet one,
We all struggle with these things.
PAUSE…
Breathe into yourself, she says,
And remember who you are.
These toxic mental demons,
Will drag you way out far.
PAUSE…
But see if you can find,
The space between your breaths.
See if you can feel,
Where stillness comes to rest.
I breathe in deep and focus,
On the air that fills me up.
I breathe out fully and notice,
Thoughts empty from this cup.
PAUSE…
Breathe in and let it clear.
Breathe out all the fear.
Breathe in and slow it down.
Breathe out thoughts that buzz around.
LONG PAUSE…
I calm down some,
Enough to see,
The voice inside,
That was whispering.
Is my own soul,
Who deeply knows,
That I am fine,
And I am whole.

All this noise,
That feels so real,
This mental fighting,
I try to conceal,
Will lose its power,
When I share,
Will evaporate,
Should I dare.

All we have is now,

Today's energy healing we ask for clearing our physical, emotional and mental body…….. we bring forth our spirit to connect with Archangel Michael. Archangel Michael is the protector Angel….he clears away all our fears to connect us to our divinity and our own Spirit.
I call forth the archangels and angels and especially Archangel Michael to work with us today to ask him for his grace and protection………. I call this forth for the highest and greatest good and so it is and so be it……
This energy healing is best experienced lying down. Lie down and get as comfortable as you can….. resting your body on the surface being supported by your hands with a pillow behind your head and something perhaps under your knees…….. and if you feel called, cover yourself with a blanket…….
Rock your head from side to side and then allow your head to be still and centered…. Close down your eyes… your legs are uncrossed with your feet apart with the big toe following to the small toe…. the inner to outer rotation.
Your eyes are heavy…… gently place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly…. Breathe in… to the hand that rests on your belly…. feel the belly rise and feel the belly fall….. rising with breath….. falling with breath….PAUSE
feel the hand on your heart….. your upper chest rise with the breath… in and rise with the breath out…… stay here for a few moments ……now connecting the hand on the heart and the hand on the belly together…….. on the in breath your chest and the belly rises and on the exhale the chest and belly fall…..
Archangel Michael is always with you…… today we especially ask him to clear your energy…. to clear obstacles…. to clear anything in your way……we begin with asking him to use his sword of light……
He slowly approaches…. he's big and large glorious shining white light all around him….. you feel so safe and supported at this time.
He stands behind you behind your head and
he slowly draws his sword…. his Violet sword of clearing……
From the top of your head…. he waves his sword down your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes….. and he does this three times….PAUSE
Clearing away all the debris….. all the holding…… all the uncomfortable any physical pain…..from the top of your head to the tips of your toes
Feel.. see.. and know.. this energy healing and clearing is happening now PAUSE
He stands toward your feet now… and he draws his violet sword and this time he waves the sword from the Feet all the way up to the crown…three times….. clearing away any emotions that are held and stuck any negative emotions of sadness and Grief…. anger…. overwhelm….stress
Any emotions that are not serving you……he clears them away and wipes them clean
Archangel Michael gently stands to your right, he pulls out his violet sword and horizontally moves back and forth across your body from right to left….three times…… clearing away your past…… your traumas the things that you have taken into from past lives or from childhood he clears them and settles them……. Breathe deeply now…….PAUSE
Archangel Michael moves to your left side he draws his violet sword and sweeps your body three times from left to right…… he clears anything left that you're holding onto and brings you complete peace….. wellness and wholeness……
Now Archangel Michael is right in front of you….. he gazes into your eyes lovingly….this connection is real and intentional……know when you need him he will come…..

I look up at the road,
That suddenly splits in two.
So much arises inside.
What if’s and maybe’s,
Worries and excitement,
My fear I cannot hide.
PAUSE…
My hand comes to heart,
My eyes softly close,
My breathing becomes slow.
I take a step forward,
And then another until,
I’ve set a course and I go.

The path that I’ve chosen,
Isn’t without its pain,
The bumps have made bruises and scars.
I find myself wondering,
If I went the wrong way,
If the other would have taken me far.

I look towards the dreams,
That I thought would exist,
At the end of this road that I chose.
I race fast ahead,
Forgetting the point,
To feel the path under my toes.

Stop your striving,

Enjoy the path that you’re on.

Today, we gather here for a heartfelt journey into releasing control as a mom - a meditation I call 'Let Go with Love.'
PAUSE…
Let's start by finding a comfortable position, perhaps seated or lying down.
Feel the surface beneath you,
Providing you with unwavering support.
Take a moment to thank it…
It's holding you,
Just as you hold your children.
PAUSE…
Now, close your eyes.
With each inhale, breathe in peace.
With each exhale, breathe out tension.
PAUSE…
With your breath, create a rhythm of tranquility.
Breathe in...breathe out...
PAUSE…
Motherhood can be a tempest,
A whirlwind of emotions,
Decisions,
Hopes,
And fears.
It's natural, as a mom,
To crave control,
To protect,
To guide.
But today,
Let's give ourselves the grace of release.
PAUSE…
As you breathe,
Envision your love for your child as a glowing orb in your heart, warm and radiant.
This love is pure,
Unchanging,
Infinite.
PAUSE…
With each breath,
Let this orb expand,
Enveloping your whole being in a comforting cocoon of unconditional love.
PAUSE…
Now, imagine this love gently wrapping around your child, a protective, yet non-restrictive embrace.
This is the love that accepts,
Understands,
And allows.
PAUSE…
In this safe space of love,
There is no need for control.
In this space, your child is free to explore,
To make mistakes,
To grow.
In this space,
You are free to support,
To guide,
But not to impose.
PAUSE…
Picture any worries, fears or need for control as dark clouds around the golden orb.
With each exhale, allow these clouds to dissolve, to fade away.
In their place, the golden orb of love shines brighter, warmer.
PAUSE…
Breathe in...breathe out…
PAUSE…
Repeat silently to yourself:
"I release my need for control. I trust in my child's journey. I am here with love."
PAUSE…
Feel the energy shift, the space open, the ties of control dissolve.
Notice the expansion of your heart, your capacity to love unconditionally.
PAUSE…
This is a powerful moment, a transformation.
This is the act of releasing control with love.
PAUSE…
Remember, letting go doesn't mean you stop caring or worrying.
It simply means you allow life to unfold naturally.
You trust the lessons you have taught, the values you have instilled.
PAUSE…
You are strong.
You are wise.
And in releasing control,
You are showing the ultimate act of love.
PAUSE…
Take one more deep breath in...hold it...and exhale slowly,
Releasing any remaining need for control.
PAUSE…
As we conclude this journey, bring your hands to your heart.
Feel its rhythm, a comforting reminder of your endless capacity for love.
PAUSE…
As you go forward, carry this sense of release, of trust, of love with you.
It will guide you,
Empower you,
And ultimately, allow your child to grow in their unique and beautiful way.

The work that is required,

Bring your attention here,
To the movement of your breath.
Detach from those thoughts,
And feel your body’s depth.
LONG PAUSE…
The tighter you hold onto,
The emotions and the thoughts,
The heavier they get,
The more you feel like you’re lost.
PAUSE…
So imagine that your breath takes you,
To the safe space of love in your heart.
This space that darkness can’t touch,
This beautiful, sacred part.
LONG PAUSE…
Feel the warmth in your chest,
The gentle hum of your light.
Let it remind you of who you are,
Let it comfort you tonight.

I know the thoughts are scary,
And the emotions keep swirling around.
I know they dance with each other,
And quickly compound.

But if you just practice,
Separating yourself from their dance.

Let yourself get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down.
And close your eyes.
Pull your attention away from all the external things...the task list, your schedule, any emotions or contemplations you may be having,
And instead, bring your attention inside.
Noticing your body in this position.
Letting yourself adjust to get out any kinks or discomforts,
And then letting yourself sink deeper into your position.
Notice your breath,
Its beautiful cadence rhythmically syncing your body,
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Come into your body,
Come into your breath.
And just be here for a bit.
PAUSE…
I want you to think about a recent moment when you experienced mom guilt.
It could be something mild, like the guilt you felt when you worked a long day and didn’t get to see your child until late.
Or it could be something more intense, like when your child came back from time with their other parent and you felt the pangs of guilt for being separated or divorced.
Whatever it is, I want you to think about that moment when the wave of mom guilt hit you.
Hold it in your mind.
See the scene.
PAUSE…
Now imagine that the pain you felt, all that emotion you felt in this moment, has collected in your heart. It’s a dark purple sphere. Heavy. Residing in your heart.
See it inside of you. Feel its weight.
Let all your emotions settle here.
The sadness. Regret. Guilt. Anger. Shame.
Let it all gather up inside of this purple weight in your heart.
Now once again, see this scene inside your head.
And listen for any voices you might hear.
They may be saying,
I should have done this differently.
I’m such a horrible mom.
I’m a failure.
I’m not good enough.
Just recognize any of these voices and place them one by one inside this dark purple sphere in your heart.
If any emotions or reactions come up as you hear these voices, that’s okay...just place all of it inside the sphere.
PAUSE...
When all the mom guilt and everything that comes along with it has been placed in the dark purple sphere,
Imagine yourself placing your hands around it, gently taking it from your heart and holding it in front of you.
As you release your heart of this heaviness, you allow your inner voice the space to speak to you.
You are a phenomenal mother, you hear her say.
And there is something to be learned from this experience.
So close your eyes and take a deep breath in, imagining yourself inhaling the lessons from the scene you’ve been imagining, breathing them in from the purple sphere in your hands.
And exhale.
Take another deep breath in, again extracting the lessons to be learned, the wisdom that will help you continue to evolve,
And breathe out.
Bring your breathing to its normal rhythm and feel yourself relax a little deeper.
PAUSE…
Now take a moment to observe yourself, glowing just a little brighter with the soft purple light of the wisdom extracted from your purple sphere.
Notice that the purple sphere in your hand feels a little lighter.
You know it’s time to let it go, to release the mom guilt you’ve been holding onto.
It has no purpose anymore.
So take a deep breath in, filling your belly with air, expanding it as much as you can,
And exhale your breath all the way out.
Take another deep breath in, inviting in the oxygen to fill you up,
And breathe in out.

The heart chakra is the bridge between the upper and lower chakras…..the place of tenderness…self love and expressions of love….
The element of this energy center is air…..and the breath….PAUSE
Bring all your awareness to the center of your chest where your heart center is located…..you may feel called to place your hands gently there……begin to acknowledge the breath…. Where do you feel the breath most prominently in your body?......PAUSE
Try not to judge or question…..explore it….is the breath in and out of the nose….slow and steady…..or fast and choppy?.....PAUSE
Are you breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth in a smooth rhythm or sharply?.....PAUSE
Where is your breath located?.....in the upper chest….or in the belly?.....PAUSE
Once you have noticed that……and you are the witness to your breath……begin to drop in deeper to yourself……deeper..to your heart…..PAUSE
Take deep breaths in……and deep breaths out……PAUSE
We were made from love….love is our natural birthright…..our natural state….PAUSE
Our mothers called us in.. with the help of the universe…..our Spirit heard that call and we were born….. You are love and you are loved…..PAUSE

As you may find yourself amidst the chaos of life, I invite you to take a deep breath and find a moment of stillness.
Close your eyes and turn your attention inward, allowing yourself to sink deeper into your being.
PAUSE…
Take a deep breath and allow yourself to become fully present in this moment.
Let go of any distractions or worries that may be pulling at your attention.
PAUSE…
Focus on the sensation of your breath as it flows in and out of your body.
Feel yourself becoming more centered and grounded with each breath you take.
Allow yourself to fully embrace this moment of stillness and tranquility.
PAUSE…
Despite the chaos that surrounds you, there is a place of calm within you that you can always access.
It is a space of stillness,
A place where you can find refuge and peace.
PAUSE…
In this place, there is no noise, no confusion, and no fear.
PAUSE…
Take another deep breath and allow yourself to sink even deeper into this space of stillness.
Feel the peace and serenity that surrounds you.
PAUSE…
It is in this place that you will find the answers you seek,
The strength to carry on,
And the courage to face whatever challenges may come your way.
PAUSE…
As you stay in this place of stillness, allow yourself to fully let go of the chaos outside of you.
Allow your mind to be at rest,
And your body to be at ease.
LONG PAUSE…
Feel the peace that comes from being present in this moment,
Fully immersed in the calm of your being.
LONG PAUSE…
As you prepare to leave this space of stillness and return to the chaos of life, take with you the peace and serenity that you have tapped into here with me now.
Know that you can always return to this place of stillness whenever you need it.
It is always within you, waiting for you to access it.

So take a deep breath,
Open your eyes, and know that you are capable of finding stillness in the midst of chaos.

You are strong, resilient, and capable of facing whatever comes your way.

Close your eyes and settle into a position that’s comfortable for you.
Slow your breathing down,
Inhaling just a little more,
And exhaling just a little longer.
Feel the air come into the lungs and fill your belly.
Relax your cheeks,
Let your lower jaw release and let your tongue drop from the roof of your mouth.
Lower your shoulders,
Soften your stomach,
Relax your legs.
Feel your body melting into your position.
And breathe.
PAUSE…
This time is for you mama.
To honor you.
To remind you that you are doing a great job.
And that your kids are blessed to have you.
Breathe deeply,
Exhale completely.
PAUSE…
I want you to imagine yourself sitting in your favorite spot in your home.
You feel so comfortable here. You are safe and cozy.
Take a deep breath in, filling your belly with air,
And as you exhale, relax yourself further into your favorite spot.
PAUSE…
Now imagine that your child walks into the room.
They’re 20 years older than they are now,
An adult in the world.
And they’re here in front of you, coming home to visit you, mama.
Notice what you see on your face as you look at your child.
Joy. Pride. Gratitude.
Intense love lighting you up.
Your heart is full and you hear your inner voice whisper, you did a great job, mama.
Notice your chest expand with air as you drink in the sight in front of you.
Your child is here,
Healthy.
And authentically themselves.
PAUSE…
Notice that in this space of appreciation for the child you have raised,
As you watch your beautiful kid in front of you,
There are no judgements.
No guilt.
No worries about your parenting or even about your child.
They do not exist here.
All that exists is this incredible human in front of you.
And a deep knowing in your gut that you have done a great job.
And you continue to do a great job.
PAUSE…
Now take a deep breath in, inhaling oxygen deep into your body,
Feeling it nourish and cleanse you,
And breathe out completely, letting yourself sink deeper into relaxation.
PAUSE…
You will never be a perfect mom.
There is no such thing.
But you are the perfect mom for your child.
And no matter how many missteps you may make,
No matter how much you second-guess yourself.
You are a phenomenal mother.
And you’re doing a great job.
Let your inner voice continue to guide you through the terrain of mothering.
And trust that you are doing your best.
And that your parenting journey is yours to co-create with your child.
Every single day.
PAUSE…
Now imagine yourself standing up from your comfortable spot.
See your child approach you with a loving smile, a smile that was meant for only you.
And feel their arms wrap around you as you surrender to a beautiful, loving hug.
Receive their love. Receive their thanks. Receive their appreciation.
Breathe it in.

And now imagine yourself opening your eyes and notice that the arms around you now are that of your child at their current age.
Look into their eyes. What do you see?
You have created a magnificent life for this little human. And you continue to do so every single day.
Continue to show up for yourself, mama. So you can keep navigating this world of motherhood in the most perfectly imperfect way you know how.

Feel your chest and belly rise as you inhale,

“Comparison is the Thief of Joy”

Today’s energy healing will remove doubts and comparisons so that it can bring you more joy and fulfillment in your life….You can experience this treatment laying down or seated.
I call forth your spirit…your inner wisdom… your inner centered state…for the highest and greatest good…and so it is and so be it….
Begin with slow deep breaths in…..and deep breaths out……we will count the cycles of breath……count in each time you inhale 1…exhale 2….inhale 3….exhale 4….inhale 5…exhale 6…inhale 7…..exhale 8…..inhale 9…exhale completely 10….PAUSE
Breathe normally now…..quiet and relaxed……calm the body from the day or whatever you were doing a moment ago……Let go of any distractions and breathe……PAUSE
Its ok to have thoughts…….your mind was made for thinking……but when the thought comes…..let it be like a cloud on a windy day……it comes and it goes…….it comes and it goes…….without a story…….or attachment…..PAUSE
Now imagine you are outdoors……in a backyard…..your backyard…..I want you to create this in your mind……….make it however you choose………PAUSE
Your yard is large and expansive and tilled with soil………you can smell the fresh earth and dirt……..it's a beautiful day… the sun is shining…..the weather is perfect….you are happy and grateful for what you have……PAUSE
Your yard has a big white fence all around the property……you decide to take a walk……
As you do so…..you feel called to look over the fence to your neighbors yard……..you climb up the fence and peek over……PAUSE
Their yard has green grass……rolling hills…..flowers…..plants….and trees….PAUSE
They have a house…. it’s big and sprawling…….with a deck and a pool………PAUSE
You immediately feel sad……less then…..unworthy…..angry and resentful……PAUSE
And then…….you hear a voice…..a tiny voice……it is your Spirit……deep within you….listen….PAUSE
“You are worthy just because you are……. Dear child……no need to compare yourself or your belongings to anyone else…….you are unique and special….from the moment you took your first breath…you shine……you shine so brightly….keep shining your light….believe in yourself and release the need to compare or judge…..you have everything you need…PAUSE
…….Gratitude fills your heart….look down to your heart now………place your hands there…..see and feel a tiny pink light grow larger and larger……it is filling your entire body…..mind and soul……gratitude fills you up…like you can burst with happiness joy and excitement…..PAUSE
Stay here awhile and feel the energy heal you….. LONG PAUSE
Slowly come back…..feel an inner smile in your being…..feel the corners of your lips turn up in a smile……take some deep breaths in and out…..

There is an unbreakable bond that exists between you and your son.

Your connection is like a thread, woven tightly together and woven through the fabric of time.
It is a bond that is built on love, trust and understanding.
For mothers, our sons are our little miracles, the embodiment of your hopes and dreams.

Settle into your bed tonight, sweet girl,
and let me lay beside you.
Let me feel the softness of the sheets,
and finally surrender to their welcoming calmness.
I've held it all today,
and my mind is not done.
It wants to hurry you to bed,
finish my tasks,
and worry about all those things that seem so important right now.
PAUSE...
But then I look at you,
Really look at you,
Gazing into the chocolate sea of your eyes.
And I'm suddenly fully here,
in this moment,
in this bed,
present with you,
and fully awake to everything about you.
PAUSE...
I take a deep breath in,
and as I exhale, I melt deeper into the bed next to you,
feeling the layers of the day dissolve.
And feeling you here closer to me.
Breathe...
PAUSE...
Your light is the brightest I've ever known,
and I find myself searching for its source.
You reach out your hands to me, silently inviting me to relax you with touch,
and I smile softly as my fingers exude their warmth and love on your skin,
Caressing your forehead,
your eyes,
your cheeks,
your chin.
PAUSE...
I see you here,
and in one swift breath,
I see you as a teenager,
as an adult,
As a mom,
As a grandmother,
As a fierce force of love that sends ripples throughout the universe.
PAUSE...
I relax further into the bed,
further into you,
Further into this cosmic moment where no time exists,
and you and I are one.
PAUSE...
I see you, my beautiful little girl,
And I feel overwhelmed with the magic of who you are.
Amazed and grateful that you chose me as your mom,
And completely aligned with the gorgeous mystery that is life.

Your beauty shines from the inside out,
and in this moment, I see it all.
Your hopes,
your dreams,
your heart,
your soul.
And wish you harmony with it all.

So close your eyes,
And invite your body to relax.
Become aware of your mind slowing down,
And then let yourself feel your breath.
Feel the oxygen entering your body, expanding your chest and belly.
And feel your breath leave through your exhale as your body pulls back in.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Come into this moment.
Relaxed,
And clear.
PAUSE…
Let an image of your mother or mother figure come to mind.
It could be an image of her in the present moment,
Or a memory you have of her as a young girl.
Just hold the image of her in your mind.
Let yourself observe her.
Notice her eyes,
Her facial expression,
Her hair,
Her posture.
Imagine she’s sitting in her favorite chair,
A smile on her face, ready to be with you.
You feel special. Loved. Grateful.
PAUSE...
I love you, you hear yourself say.
And you see her face soften and light up.
So you continue…
You have shown me what love is.
You’ve shown me love through your tenderness, your toughness, your discipline and your play.
You’ve modeled for me what it means to be a woman,
And that foundation has helped me blossom into my own version of womanhood.
I’ve come to see how imperfect you are,
Yet still have oceans of love for you.
Thank you for being you.
I’m so grateful I am your daughter.

Now take a moment to look at her.
And for the next little bit, invite yourself to say anything else you’d like with her, wrapped in this safe space of love.

PAUSE…
As I sit here, my heart overflows with love and admiration for you.
There are moments in motherhood that challenge us to our core, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and lost.
It is in these moments that we are invited to take a step back, breathe deeply, and exhale.
Because with each release, we can feel our worries, doubts, and fears dissipate.
We can allow the breath to cleanse our spirit, renew our energy, and create a space for serenity to take root.
PAUSE…
So I invite you now to find a comfortable seat and gently close your eyes.
PAUSE…
Begin by taking a slow, deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs with air, and inhaling the calm.
Feel your chest expand, making space for all the love and light you possess.
Now, exhale softly through your mouth, letting go of the chaos, and any tension or heaviness you carry.
With each breath, remember that you are strong, capable, and worthy of peace.
PAUSE…
Inhale the love that surrounds you, the love you have for your children, and the love you have for yourself.
Allow it to nourish you, to fill every cell in your being, and to replenish your soul.
As you exhale, release the chaos, and embrace the serenity that comes with knowing you are enough, and that your presence is an irreplaceable gift to your children and to the world.
Imagine all your worries and burdens lifting away, floating on the breeze, leaving you lighter and more at ease.

You are releasing the weight of expectations, the stress of daily life, and the judgments you've placed upon yourself.
Ohhhh, those heavy judgments.
Your breath is your guide, your anchor, your empowering force.
PAUSE…
As you continue to breathe, become aware of the rhythm of your heart, beating steadily in your chest.
With each beat, feel the love, wisdom, and grace that reside within you.
Allow these qualities to nourish and support you, as you surrender to this moment of serenity.

In this moment, you are not just a mother – you are a beacon of love, a pillar of strength, and a reservoir of compassion.
Embrace the tranquility that comes with knowing you can always return to this sacred space within you, where you can recharge and find solace.

Now, take a final, deep breath in, and as you exhale, gently open your eyes.

I invite you to place your hands on your heart.
Settle into this moment,
Resting your body and lying down.
PAUSE…
This energy treatment will help soothe your nerves,
Release any tension and stress.
Breathe with me now.
Take a nice long slow deep breath in,
And exhale through your mouth and release.
PAUSE…
I call forth blessings of healing today.
I call forth your own spirit, spirit guides, angels, guardians, and masters,
To surround you in healing.
Feel free to place any special intention in your own mind,
And we call this forth for the highest and greatest good.
PAUSE…
As you begin to settle in deeper and deeper,
It may be difficult to let go.
Feel the back of your head,
Surrender into the surface your lying on,
So that you feel completely held and supported.
Todays healing treatment will feel like a fresh new day,
Releasing any negativity and bringing in positive beautiful feelings
LONG PAUSE…
Begin at the tips of your toes.
Feel your feet and the heals placed on the floor or bed relax.
Allow your legs to completely let go of any tension or any holding.
Notice your ankles soften, your shins and calves melt,
Your knees relax, your upper legs and hips surrender,
Your lower back lets go of so much tension your holding,
Your belly soft and sweet.
PAUSE…
Relax any tension in your upper chest and shoulders,
And down your arms,
Your throat and neck soften,
And your face is completely relaxed.
PAUSE…
I know you’ve been holding so many thoughts in your mind,
That's caused so much stress and anxiety.
But in this moment feel at the top of your head,
As I place my hands, this beautiful warm healing light.
Go within your body and begin to notice,
All the many places that are stuck or blocked.
And this light will travel to all of them for balance and peace.
PAUSE…
Explore with me now as you go within your body,
And notice any areas that are holding this tension.
It may be a feeling, a knowingness,
Or perhaps you see it as a gray mist.
This Reiki energy pours in from the top of your head,
It’s pure white light, this light of healing begins to move throughout your body.
The top of your head feels warm and inviting.
Your hair and your scalp feel soft and surrendered.
I move my hands over your eyes,
And the warmth is so powerful the face feels as if the sun is basking down.
Your eyes settle in, the skin around the eyes soften,
All tension in the face melts.
PAUSE…
This current of Reiki energy moves to the jaw, the teeth, and the tongue,
Relax your mouth and jaw.
Those areas of gray mist are slowly disappearing.
I place my hands over your throat,
Feeling this warm sensation in the throat center,
Invoking the purest communication self,
Eradicating negative thoughts and thinking,
And bringing forth positive thoughts of well being,
Shifting those inner thoughts to positivity and love,
Gently I move my hands to your heart.
Feel yourself take that nice sighing breath.
You’re melting more and more,
Your shoulders feel light.
Feel the warmth in your heart.
As you continue to breathe, you may feel emotion rise up.
You are safe, you are safe in this moment.
Know that your heart is being healed, releasing any blocks,
And bringing forth love.
Breathe through any emotions that arise.
It is time to release them.
Know you are well in this moment, and all is well.

I know it can be hard to release our grip on the things we hold dear,
But sometimes the kindest thing we can do for ourselves and those we love is to simply let go.
PAUSE…
So I invite you to find a comfortable seat, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in.
As you exhale, feel your body relaxing into the support beneath you.
PAUSE…
Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, release any tension you may be holding onto.
PAUSE…
Now, bring to mind something that you have been holding onto tightly.
Maybe it's a situation, a relationship, or a belief.
Whatever it is, visualize it in your mind's eye.
Hold it gently in your awareness, like a fragile bird in the palm of your hand.
PAUSE…
As you hold this thing in your mind, repeat these words to yourself: "I let go with love."
Feel the weight of these words in your heart, and let them permeate through your entire being.
PAUSE…
Take a moment to notice any feelings that arise as you repeat these words.
Maybe you feel sadness, grief, or fear.
Whatever you feel, let it be okay.
You are safe and held in this moment.
PAUSE…
Now, imagine yourself releasing the bird from your hand.
Watch as it takes flight, soaring up into the sky.
PAUSE…
Feel the lightness and freedom that come with releasing your grip.
As you continue to breathe deeply, know that it is okay to let go with love.
PAUSE…
Sometimes the most loving thing we can do is to release the ones we love.
Trust that the universe has a plan for you and your loved ones, and that everything will work out in the end.
PAUSE…
When you're ready, take one more deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes.
Know that you are loved and supported in this journey of letting go.
