This program will guide you on how you can help yourself and others with mental health, provide you with information on common disorders and extra tips and tricks so that you can feel empowered in the modern world where 1 in 4 have a mental disorder. Episode 1: Mental Illness & The Family
Globally, 1 in every 4 people have a Mental Disorder. So, it is likely that you or someone close to you has one. Finding out that you or a loved one has an illness can be mentally, physically and emotionally rough and preparation can possibly ease the transition. A loved one may also not know that they have a mental illness and being able to notice possible symptoms and tells are also valuable skills.
