Try not to do all things at once. Just pick one thing. "Today, at 9 a.m., I'll take a shower." Each day, do just one thing that you know needs to be done. If you have the energy, write your plan down on a piece of paper. As you progress on finding out what works, you can add or take away things with causes you stress. After all we want to be extremely mindful of our mental health.

Things you don't like, well you can certainly work on changing that which does not serve you well. As always, don’t hesitate to ask for help from a mental health professional.
