74. Keri's PCOS Pregnancy Success Story

Since her first period, Keri experienced irregular cycles, long and heavy periods, and PMS symptoms such as cramping and nausea. While she always suspected something was off, it wasn’t until her friend mentioned her own struggle with PCOS that Keri had a lightbulb moment and began to connect the dots between her symptoms and PCOS. A nurse herself, Keri saw first hand as conventional doctor’s ignored her and let her down as she sought answers to her symptoms. Not knowing where else to turn or who to trust, Keri would spend 7 more years dealing with irregular periods, PMS, and struggles with fertility. Months after joining my PCOS Protocol, Keri got pregnant! Our focus then switched to a healthy pregnancy, healthy baby, and energy to enter into motherhood. Keri is now 5 months postpartum with a beautiful baby girl. In this episode, Keri tells us what changes she made that helped to heal her PCOS and fertility.
