As it is said, in order to get success You need to take action because of Knowledge + Action = Result.
If you apply continuous actions to your knowledge you will get a result faster and this will make your life beautiful and satisfied. Even the smallest action in your life can bring a huge difference, To improve every aspect of your life action is must, To improve your action quality you need to improve your belief system and when belief system changes, believing changes and when to believe changes you get a positive outcome.
Action gives Satisfaction
Suppose you go to a restaurant and you get confused whether to have same old thing which you always have or should try something new, and you also get confused like if I try that something new then if it tastes awful then my money will be wasted, but your confusion will not go until and unless you don’t try it, I know this isn’t the best example but hope you got my point, once you try that something new, only then, you will know the answer, like whether its good or bad, and this knowledge will give you satisfaction and from next time you will make more wise decisions and choices.
2. Actions make your information realIf you read any book or any motivational article tips and get lot of information from it, so do you think that information will change your life? No it won’t until you don’t use that information and knowledge in real life by taking action, your action along with information and knowledge can change your life, Reading books can give you way but you need to take action in order to walk on that way, hence Actions make your information real, meaning your information and knowledge works in wonders only when you take action towards it.
3. Action clears your confusion
You will never know what technique and tips do work and don’t work for you if you never try in real, in order to change your life you need to take numerous actions, these massive actions will help you to understand life and techniques more properly and nicely, these numerous actions will clear your confusion, will make you understand what tips and techniques work or doesn’t work for you, and while understanding each thing clearly you will get time to focus on things which really work for you and through this you will also get your clear vision and and identify your passion.
4. Continuous Action = HabitJust by doing something for one day or for few days will not bring any serious change in your life. You must know that success and changes are a continuous process, and just one day action will not bring any major difference in your life, hence if you want to replace your bad habits with good ones, you need to take action regularly, daily, only then your mind will make place for that particular change, for example, if you want to stay fit then one day action of doing meditation or exercise will not help you to stay fit, you need to take action regularly, you need to exercise daily, only then, major differences will be able to become evident.
5. Actions give accomplishment and successReading books will help you learn new things, will give you vision and can make you a knowledgeable person, but in order to use that knowledge and information so that you can accomplish what you always desired, you need to take action, every accomplishment comes with an Action. Your actions towards the right direction will give you massive success. Success without Action is a Myth. Every accomplishment needs action, and every action gives success! And in Network Marketing more actions = more revenue, more growth, more success and more rank advancement!

No one wants to fail! That’s why thefear of failure often causes us to freeze.
The truth is, on the path to success, you’re going to stumble, run into walls, and even experience failure, but those are the most crucial parts of the learning process.
Now, I don’t like to use the word fail, because it implies that whatever we’re trying to do is a total loss; that it’s over, but that’s not true. Facing failure is the best form of hands-on learning we can get. It is often in failure that the greatest opportunities for success are found.
When things are going well, it’s tough to audit what we’re doing right. We chalk it up to luck, or we assume that we’re doing everything right. But when we fail, we’re offered the opportunity to examine what didn’t work.
To use a classic example, if you touch a hot stove and burn your hand, you know not to touch a hot stove again. The same is true in life and of our mishaps. If we take a step back and learn from the failure, then we can come up with a better, stronger plan for moving forward.
The mistake that so many people make is quitting when they hit a roadblock, but this is a missed opportunity to learn a valuable lesson. If you’re going to be a person of action and achieve great success, you have to get comfortable in learning from failure.
How do we overcome failures, obstacles and rejections?
Obstacles are Only Failures if They Cause You to Quit
If you’re currently facing a massive obstacle in your life, overcoming it may seem a little easier said than done. For many people, hitting a wall feels a lot like failure, so they immediately quit or turn in another direction.
But, if we are going to be high achievers, the first thing we have to understand is that obstacles are only failures when we accept them as failures. When faced with an obstacle, don’t view it as a failure. Look for another way around the problem.
2. Plan for the Worst. Hope for the Best.
Setbacks are inevitable; there’s no way around it. No matter how skilled or talented you are, something will go wrong in your life at some point, especially if you’re trying something new or challenging.
Successful people didn’t become successful by avoiding obstacles; they become successful by learning to expect setbacks so that they can face them head-on.
Everything is easier to deal with if you’re expecting it and that’s why I always say “Plan for the worst but hope for the best.” This thought process isn’t meant to be pessimistic; it’s intended to help you mentally prepare for the possibility that something may go wrong so that you may better see it coming.
When you prepare for the worst, you remove the power that a bad situation has over you.
If you’re unprepared for a setback, then it’s much more likely to derail and discourage you which may cause you to quit. But being prepared allows you to more easily see that there’s almost always another way to achieve your goal.
3. Limit Your Disappointment
Not hitting your goal quickly enough, or achieving it at all, can be extremely disappointing, and the longer you’ve spent striving for a goal, the greater the disappointment is if we miss the mark.
Worst of all, disappointment is a toxic feeling.
The longer you dwell on disappointment, the more it will disrupt your ability to focus on your other goals. It’s important to acknowledge your feelings because it’s never good to bottle things up, but most experts say that we should limit the amount of time we allow ourselves to feel disappointed.
We have to accept the outcome but then begin to think about our next steps. Are you going to try again? If so, what next step do you need to take? Is that goal no longer possible for you? What are you going to pursue now?

S9 E 22 The Yo-Yo Factor With Ravin Papiah
Most people are familiar with yo-yo change on personal level. If you have ever have tried to change a habit or adopt a new routine. For example exercising. You implement the new routine, go to the gym for a few weeks maybe even a couple of months. You feel great. You celebrate your success, but then something shifts. Perhaps you miss a couple of days due to illness, work or family, and before you know it your newly adopted exercise routine is all but a distance memory. You are back to your old pattern and the thought of starting again feels overwhelming.
The same thing happens when it comes to organizational change, whether you are implementing a new technology, work process or any other change. If you are using a project-based approach, you form the project team, develop your plan, implement the change, people are trained, and the project closed. Another change successfully implemented. But is it?
A few weeks or months later you notice people have created a work around for the new technology, or the IT department is spending time “tweaking” the new system to accommodate old processes, the old steps have been re-introduced to the streamlined process, or all those silos you worked so hard to break down have begun to re-appear. Employees feel like nothing has really changed.
Yo-yo change is any change that is implemented only to find a few weeks, or months after implementation, people have reverted back to their old ways of operating. Regardless of why it happens yo-yo change is destructive to your enterprise and can sabotage future change initiatives.
Yo-yo change can be highly disruptive to your life or your business . Too much yo-yo change and you create a history of failed changes that limit your organization’s ability to respond and adapt to future changes. Preventing yo-yo change matters to your bottom line, employee engagement, and your productivity before, during and after any change.
Yo-yo change erodes employees’ trust in the organization’s ability to follow through and support change. Trust is a necessary ingredient for building readiness to change. If people don’t trust that the organization has the capability and resources to maintain the changes it implements, you can’t build readiness. Without readiness, people look to maintain the current state. When employees are ready for change they will move toward it and resistance is prevented.
The erosion of trust associated with yo-yo change can set off a chain reaction—change capacity is reduced which leads to decreased employee engagement, which increases employee cynicism—making future changes more difficult.
And in Network marketing, the yo-yo effect can be as destructive as possible. When you are discouraged and quit temporarily, you have to re-start your business again, and your team members have also neglected their business. IT is harder to gain the same results you were getting before, because you have to start it all again, but you are not the same person with the same desire anymore, so you need more energy and passion and efforts which you can find to put in, so you quit again….

YOU ARE OR WANT TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR AND START YOUR OWN BUSINESS. MOST OF THE TIME, NO AMOUNT OF PLANNING OR LEARNING COULD PREPARE YOU FOR EVERY SITUATION YOU MIGHT ENCOUNTER ALONG YOUR PATH TO SUCCESS. AND EVEN IF YOU COULD LEARN ALL OF THE THEORETICAL ANSWERS, THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW THE RIGHT ANSWER IS TO EXPLORE IT IN THE MOMENT.
YOU SEE, FOR EVERY ACTION YOU TAKE, FOR BETTER OR WORSE, YOU EXPERIENCE AN OUTCOME. THEN, BASED ON THAT OUTCOME, YOU DECIDE TO TAKE A NEW ACTION. I KNOW, I KNOW – IT’S SCARY! I’M NOT SAYING IT WILL BE EASY. FOR A LONG TIME, I AVOIDED TAKING ANY ACTION TOWARDS MY GOALS, AND I DIDN’T KNOW WHY FOR THE LONGEST TIME, BUT ONE DAY IT SUDDENLY OCCURRED TO ME: IT WAS EASIER TO IMAGINE MY GOALS THAN TO STRIVE FOR THEM. I WAS ALWAYS “WORKING UP TO IT.”

In order to kill DOUBTS, your FAITH should be BIGGER than your fears. Where there is FAITH, there is no DOUBT.
AS Napoleon Hill says, FAITH comes from self-confidence. YOU should be SELF-RELIABLE, meaning relying on YOU, on your capabilities, on your beliefs, on your faith, and all that comes from your SELF CONFIDENCE.
So, HOW do you BUILD your Self-Confidence?
Let me give you Napoleon Hill’s SELF_CONFIDENCE FORMULA:
First. I know that I have the ability to achieve the object of my Definite Purpose in life, therefore, I DEMAND of myself persistent, continuous action toward its attainment, and I here and now promise to render such action.
Second. I realize the dominating thoughts of my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward, physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality, therefore, I will concentrate my thoughts for thirty minutes daily, upon the task of thinking of the person I intend to become, thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of that person.
Third. How to develop Faith?
The mind takes on the nature of the influences that guide it. A positive mind is more fertile to faith, and faith is the starting point for all success. The greatest factor holding you back from success? A lack of self-confidence. Hill suggests this five-fold Think and Grow Rich affirmation exercise to repeat in writing and then learn by memory to increase your self-confidence
Sometimes these voices come from others, and sometimes they come from ourselves. For far too long we have underestimated the power and possibility that life is the act of dreaming what can be and that we all have to do the work it takes to make our dreams a reality. It is called VISUALISATION!
Know that you are capable of achieving your goal, and you must promise to be persistent in pursuit of this endeavor.
The dominating thoughts of your mind will result in physical action and change your reality. You must, therefore, spend 30 minutes each day thinking about the type of person you want to become.
For ten minutes each day, focus on increasing your sense of self-confidence.
Write down a description of your goal, and don’t stop reaching for it until it’s attained.
Come to realize that you cannot have enduring success if you attained it through immoral means. Therefore, make a promise to only engage in a transaction if it benefits all that are involved. A negative attitude towards humanity will never bring you success.
Commit this method to memory, and repeat it aloud once a day to become successful.
As a Network Marketer, what does that mean to you?
Write down your goals and BELIEVE in them, have FAITH in them, READ them everyday as an AFFIRMATION, and PLANT it firmly in your MIND, even if you don’t know HOW you are going to do this!

Faith – the Ultimate Power in Network Marketing
In his book, Think & Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill states that ‘When FAITH is blended with the vibration of thought, the subconscious mind instantly picks up the vibration, translates it into its spiritual equivalent, and transmits it to Infinite Intelligence, as in the case of prayer”.
So, what is FAITH?
Faith is a state of mind which may be induced, or created, by affirmation or repeated instructions to the subconscious mind, through the principle of autosuggestion.
What is the subconscious mind?
The subconscious is the part of our minds that makes decisions without our needing to actively think about them. It's different from the conscious mind, which encompasses the thoughts we know we are having at any given moment.
What is autosuggestion?
Auto-suggestion is synonymous with self-suggestion. It’s the bridge between the conscious and the subconscious mind. Merely reading words aloud will have no impact. You have to attach emotion to the words. When reciting your affirmations, you must encourage your desire to consume you. Your subconscious will only act upon thoughts that are felt.
What does it mean in Network Marketing?
It is the fact that you have your DESIRE, in which you BELIEVE, and then you put that desire into your affirmation(s), and you have the FAITH in your heart that this GOAL(s) you are going to realise it!
So, writing down, in AS MUCH DETAILS AS POSSIBLE, your GOALS in Network Marketing is ESSENTIAL to develop FAITH in you and your capacities to realise your dreams and goals.
So, FAITH is the Visualisation of and Belief in Attainment of DESIRE (GOALS)
Faith is a state of mind that you must learn to cultivate. Through repeating affirmations and instructions, a state of faith is created in the subconscious thanks to the process of auto-suggestion. Any impulse of thought that is continuously repeated and entered into the subconscious mind eventually becomes a continuous loop of thought.
However, this can also have negative consequences. In addition to positive thought patterns, we can also enforce negative ones that can result in us believing that we are unworthy, doomed, or a failure. Hill, therefore, argues that it’s our beliefs alone that determine the nature of our subconscious. By repeating affirmations, you can reprogram your mind to visualize and, thus, to feel and believe that your success is guaranteed.
So, in Network Marketing, to succeed, DETERMINE what you WANT to ACHIEVE!
Write it down
Break it down into DOABLE parts
Take each part, and write down what you NEED to learn, what skills you need to develop, what ACTIONS you need to do in order to complete that part.
Look for EVERYTHING you will need to in order to complete that task – education, HELP from a Mentor or Coach, training, seminars, networking….
Once you have developed and line up the different steps of the different tasks, you are on your way to success IF you now DO the actions and keep going! Being CONSISTENT in your progress in KEY to your arrival.
So, again:
DETERMINE what you want to achieve
What are the STEPS towards your GOAL (s)
Break those steps in small doable tasks
Look for HELP – mentors, coaches, training, networking
Start with one STEP at a time, MASTER it and then take the second STEP, and keep going
Keep doing the different steps UNTIL you have mastered all, and KEEP going! BE CONSISTENT
Measure your progress and analyse the metrics – are you well on your way
Correct any derailing from your GOAL – REMAIN FOCUSED!
Keep measuring and keep progressing
Look at what works and do MORE of it
Look at what does not work, and find/develop alternatives
HAVE FAITH….

Napoleon hill said: ‘Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve!’
This is true, of you can stay away from the distracting voices and stay on track of your dreams. Your beliefs that you can achieve whatever you want, if you have the courage to find out the why’s and how’s, are the doors to the realization of your most ambitious dreams. You just need to arm yourself with what it takes to succeed.
So, what does it take to succeed in keeping one’s dreams alive and keep believing in them?
Norman Vincent Peale, in his book “You Can if you THINK you can’, wrote: When you have a problem, one that is especially difficult and baffling, perhaps terribly discouraging, there is one basic principle to apply and keep on applying – it is simply this – NEVER QUIT!
To succeed, you need to go through the ROUGH and the TOUGH, because until you don’t fail, tumble, fall down…you won’t know how to succeed, keep your balance or get up again. And once you have fallen down and got up again, you would have learned to fall down…and you would have learned to GET UP again and again and again…
Success goes to the bruised and wounded, to the stubborn one who keeps on trying despite thousands of temporary defeats, just like Edison who had to attempt 2774 times to arrive at the bamboo filament that made Edison’s light bulbs a commercial success!
You need to fall in love with defeat and in fact EXPECT it to appear in front of you time and again, many many MORE times than SUCCESS! That’s when success feel good, feels GREAT! The more failures, the BIGGER the success!
Having the RIGHT attitude in the wrong circumstances will make you a WINNER all the time! So, here’s the FORMULA of SUCCESS: FAITH + BELIEF + ACTION + PERSISTENCE + PATIENCE = MASSIVE SUCCESS!

“Seeing” it is not enough - you have to Believe!
Seeing is Believing!
You may have heard this saying – Seeing is Believing, but what you see is not always true!
So, what is a Belief?
A BELIEF is something that you believe or accept as true. You might believe something based on a fact, an opinion or an assumption. When you believe something, you might not have immediate personal knowledge, but you are satisfied that something is the way it is.
Your belief system is NOT necessarily correct or accurate. Interestingly, not only are you driven by your beliefs, but you will also unconsciously look for evidence, or other experiences that will confirm and reinforce your beliefs as you don’t want to be wrong. Your beliefs are often your perception of the way things are and what you believe to be true. But this does not mean that your belief is actually true!
Tao de Haas, in his article ‘about my brain’ says:
In other words, when you believe something to be true you will rarely question or think about the validity of that belief.
You form your beliefs from a very early age. These beliefs are based on your environment; what you were told, what you heard as well as what you observed and experienced. Your beliefs are also the conclusions you draw from these experienced. You form beliefs about yourself, about others and the world around you.
People hang onto their beliefs even if they are limiting or fly in the face of evidence to the contrary. This is why it is so hard to logically reason with those who hold strong beliefs based on a ‘feeling of knowing’ rather than evidenced based logic and scientific proof.
On some level, people might know their beliefs do not make sense and are contrary to all evidence, but as the latest research in neuroscience tells us, beliefs that are not consciously and deliberately challenged will always win out over evidenced based logic and reality.
You create your beliefs consciously as well as unconsciously and you hold them dear. You will also try to reinforce your beliefs constantly (unconsciously and consciously). Why? Your beliefs fulfil part of your safety needs. Your brain needs to have beliefs in order to feel safe. You have created a whole system of beliefs that have formed your map of your inner and outer world. Without your map you are likely to feel lost.
This map is called your belief system, a system that guides you in your everyday functioning. As Johann Wolfgang van Goethe said ‘Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is’. You don’t want to contradict yourself or prove yourself wrong. Why would you want to admit you are using the wrong map? So you will defend your map of both your inner and outer world.
So, are Beliefs a help or a hindrance?
Here is the problem. As Frank Lloyd Wright says ‘The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen’.
Your belief system (your map) is often strongly influenced by other people’s opinions and prejudices. The formation of your map was more than likely unconscious and without deliberation. So what if your map is sending you in the wrong direction or a direction that you don’t really want to go? Or your map doesn’t align with your needs, values and desires?
That is why it is of utmost importance that you challenge and update your beliefs often to ensure your map supports and guides you in the direction you want to go. Re-examining and reinterpreting the experiences that created your belief system, especially negative ones, is essential if you want to change your beliefs.
Re-examine your limiting and negatives beliefs and ask yourself:
Where does this belief come from?
Is this my belief or have I adopted it from someone else?
How does this belief help me?
How does this belief hinder me?
How do I know this belief is true?
What is my new and updated belief?

In the book ‘Think & Grow Rich’, Napoleon Hill gives us 6 steps using which your DESIRE for riches can be transmuted into its financial equivalent:
FIRST – Fix in your mind the EXACT amount of money you desire. It is not sufficient merely to say, ”I want plenty of money.” Be DEFINITE as to the amount. (There is a psychological reason for definiteness of purpose)
SECOND – Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire (There is no such reality as “something for nothing”)
THIRD – Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire
FOURTH – Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at once whether you are ready or not , to put this plan into action
FIFTH – Write out a clear, concise statement for the amount of money you intend to acquire, name the time limit for its acquisition, state what you intend to give in return for the money, and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it
SIXTH – Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before retiring at night, and once after arising in the morning. AS YOU READ – SEE AND FEEL AND BELIEVE YOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE MONEY!

Desire knows no boundary. It is simply the very nature of the Universe itself. Desire is the very root of the Universe. Darcy Lyon
Galen Guengerich Ph.D., in his article ‘The Four Stages of Desire: From Everything to One Thing’ in Psychology today wrote about why we should stop wanting everything and focus on what matters most.
As a culture, we’ve had ambivalent feelings about feelings of desire from the very beginning. The Christian tradition generally takes a dim view of desire, mainly because it tends to focus on the ephemeral satisfactions of this world—variously termed the lust of the flesh or the pride of the eye—rather than the eternal rewards of the next world. Western philosophers, on the other hand, have generally viewed desire as fundamental to human life. To be human is to desire what we do not have.
Desire motivates us in many important ways: physical desire, for example, is called hunger or thirst; intellectual desire is called curiosity; sexual desire is called lust; economic desire is called consumer demand. Remove these expressions of desire, and human life as we know it would cease to exist. Our culture in general and our economy in particular are built on our desire for things and experiences we do not have.
The 15th-century Indian mystic Kabir, a poet and philosopher, who today is revered by both Hindus and Muslims, argued that desire constitutes the true wealth of humanity. One of the leading 20th-century interpreters of Kabir was a spiritual teacher named Eknath Easwaran, who once explained in a videotaped lesson that Kabir views desire as having four stages.
The vast majority of people, Kabir says, are born with countless desires—too many desires to pursue any one of them with conviction or dedication. Most concern the superficial aspects of life, such as personal appearance or personal possessions. People who have many desires are the poorest of people, Kabir says, and they seldom achieve any success in any field. Their lives are also the saddest, because they are the most superficial, dominated by too many desires that matter too little.
There are other people, Kabir goes on to say, who are born with some desires, and these are usually people who lead what are considered successful lives. No matter what field of endeavor they choose, they manage to accomplish at least modest goals, because they are able to focus on only some desires.
A fortunate few individuals, however, have only a few desires. Out of these come the geniuses: great scientists like Madame Curie and Albert Einstein, great musicians and poets, great humanitarians and political leaders. These individuals have very few desires, and thus they will make their mark in whatever fields they commit themselves to.
Finally, a few rare individuals have only one desire. These are the great mystics—spiritual leaders who often practice meditation, which is a demanding discipline designed to reduce one's number of desires. Over time, says Kabir, meditation can reduce a person’s desires from countless to many; then from many to some; from some to a few; and from a few to only one. As the number of desires becomes fewer, the desires themselves become less superficial and more profound.
Kabir also describes a pattern of emotional development that corresponds with the decrease in the number of desires. People who have many desires, he says, often have volatile emotional lives. Their emotions go up; they come down. They get upset easily; they calm down quickly. None of these emotional conditions lasts very long, however; one of the great advantages of being superficial is that you are never upset for very long because the things that upset you aren’t important. But neither are your satisfactions important or enduring. Nothing lasts long, because nothing matters much.

What is Depth?
Purpose, personal mission statements, core values, our “why” – what ties all these things together? Depth. We use these things to help us go deeper in the areas of our lives that matter most.
So what is “depth”? How do we define it, and most importantly, how can we create more of it? What does it mean to go deep in an area of your life – and what are some of the things that prevent us from experiencing it?
Just imagine what life would look like if you go deep in the areas that were most important to you? To do this, you need to define what depth meant to you. Let’s look at the DEPTH model on the D.E.P.T.H. model. Here are the five areas that impact how deep we go in any area of our lives: Desire, Energy, Purpose, Targeting, and Habits. Let’s dig in a little deeper…
Desire
The single most important driver in creating depth is desire – it’s the spark that ignites everything else. Atomic Habits author James Clear captures it this way, “Desire is the engine that drives behavior. Every action is taken because of the anticipation that precedes it. It is the craving that leads to the response.”
Getting clear on what we want requires answering some basic questions… If you were to envision living life on your terms, what would that look like? Even more important, what would it feel like? What kind of lifestyle are you trying to create for yourself and your family? What are your goals and aspirations in life?
Energy
With a clear understanding of what you want and the life you’re trying to create, your energy is the next place to focus your attention. You need to choose where you’ll be investing your time and what activities will turn your wants into realities. Keep this in mind – energy is a finite resource. We only have so much of it, so spending it wisely is critical.
Ask yourself… What actions are you willing to take to get what you desire? What activities will you invest energy into? Where should you be spending your time? What should you be doing, and where should you be applying force to create movement?
Our desires have no value unless we are willing to put energy and effort into working toward those wants. Without that, they’re just wishes. Answering these questions will help you lock in on where you should spend your energy.
Purpose
Want to 10X your efforts? When we align our desires and energy with our purpose, it catapults our results. Purpose is the multiplier that increases your impact and allows you to go deeper more quickly. It’s also the element we need in order to get through the challenges of creating depth – those moments when we encounter barriers or pressure. When we’re passionate about what we’re working on, it impacts our willingness to fight for what we want, be stubborn, and persevere.
Ask yourself these questions… What gets you out of bed in the morning? What are your core values – the things that are non-negotiable in your life? If you have a personal mission statement, what have you identified as your motivations? What drives your decision-making, and how do you want to be remembered when you’re gone? When you attach the answers to these questions to your desires and energy, you’ve created a strong foundation for depth in your life.
Targeting
With your desires, energy, and purpose aligned, here’s the part I have struggled with the most… targeting. As I shared in the beginning, I wanted to be great at everything, and I spread myself too thin. I was unfocused – not laser-focused. It wasn’t until I started targeting the most important things (not everything) that I started experiencing changes in my life.

A Burning Desire is a Consuming obsession of your Life!
People have many needs and wants, and many times, they just don’t get most of them. Why? People are busy working for the physiological needs to survive, and they are mostly struggling to get access to these needs. And then, people have many wants, needs that are not instrumental to survival, but people want in order to feel happy, elated, different, bossy, etc etc. In order to get access to your wants, most of the time you need money for that, thus in most cases where people don’t have the money, they don’t get these wants.
So, what is DESIRE then?
Desire is that WANT that you have that you are READY to do anything to acquire, It is not a wish, not a hope, it is a burning, dominating pulsating want! It is something that you ‘see’ all the time, something you wake up with, you go through the day with, you go to bed with….
What you need to know
First, have a vivid, burning desire to accomplish a clear cut, definite purpose. In addition, you must couple that desire with total determination to achieve it. Finally, only then do you have the fuel required to drive you to take the required action.
Know what you want. Have a plan to get it. Be open minded. Have the flexibility to modify your plan or adopt a new one if the old plan isn’t working. Believe in and have faith that Infinite intelligence will assist you. Ask for guidance. Continue to do so until such time as you find a plan that does work!
What you need to do
Definiteness of purpose
The benefit of having a definite purpose is the automatic development of a number of traits that are of vital importance in developing the mental aptitude for success. They include:
self-reliance
imagination
enthusiasm
self-discipline
concentration of effort
Exercise – Create a visual image of what your life will be like when you are in possession of what you desire. Design and make a “vision board” with pictures of the things you will have when you are living the life of your dreams. Place your vision board where you will see it most frequently.

2. Goal-Setting Mindset
Knowing what you want will motivate you to reach it. The goal has to be exciting and challenging.
Proper goal setting is important as it will help you to hit the target without worrying about the deadline. If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. Set high goals and don’t stop until you reach them.
Your goal is your target and the clearer you see it, the more focused you will be in your path to reach it. Living with a clear intention will help you get rid of distractions and fly straight to your goals.
If you are clear and specific with what you want to achieve in life, you are already setting yourself up to win. You’ll do much better than most people who are blurred with their life’s purpose. If you have the sound wisdom of emotional and personal satisfaction, then it will be easy for you to achieve a goal-setting mindset.
It is time for you to take charge of your life and create the amazing success you want by intentionally moving toward your clear goal.
3. Learning Mindset
If you want to succeed, you must aim for growth. Change is possible if we believe in that. Start believing in your capacity to achieve greatness, and you’ll find that everything in your life will follow suit.
There are a couple of things I would like to point out when talking about growing through the learning process. Just because you are struggling, that doesn’t mean you’re not learning. Every failure has something to teach you, and everything you learn helps you grow.
If you are unwilling to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.
Don’t Be Afraid to Fail
For many, it’s the fear of failure that stops them from achieving great things. However, that can be taken care of by learning new skills, getting better at certain tasks, and developing new approaches.
In the process of failure, consider all your mistakes as a way to grow. Sometimes, taking the risk may be scary, but remember that the more you fail, the more you will learn and grow.
Master New Skills
Mastering new skills can be very challenging, but you need to remember that it doesn’t happen overnight. We’re never as good as we possibly can be at a given skill as soon as we start practicing it. It takes work and time to master.
Whenever you embark on learning a new skill, stop putting pressure on yourself. Instead, understand that you will encounter struggles. Simply focus on your learning journey, starting small, and building your skills bit by bit from there. Progress will get visible over time, which reinforces your confidence when it comes to learning.
Be Curious
Being curious is a great characteristic that can be developed for a success mindset. Curiosity will open your mind to the many possibilities, focusing on what can be learned. It’s a great way to practice not being attached to just one way of doing things
To encourage curiosity, work to quiet your inner critical voice and act despite fears. Start by asking questions: How? Why? Why not?
According to Zimmerman, a thirst for knowledge is something that can never be quenched and should be a lifelong quest. She explained that having an endless supply of curiosity is key to seeing beyond what’s in front of you, discovering what you are truly capable of, and keeping yourself in a growth mindset.

Positive self-talk can motivate you in the face of a challenge and keep you focused. Here’s how to make it work for you:
Be realistic in your talk.
Find the “why” behind your talk.
Talk to yourself in the second person. It increases your willingness to perform and your actual performance.
Talk out loud. It makes you more likely to retain information and learn.
Believing in Yourself, Your Abilities, Skills, and Drive.
Patience goes hand in hand with self-belief as any success requires time. Impatience makes you lose concentration and gain self-doubt. Understand your strength and trust that they will provide when needed.
Embracing Your Passion
The passion will allow you to engage in fun so the path of success will be simple and easier. Take the time to understand your passion. It will help you at the time of difficulty.
Being passionate about what you do gives you that inner drive so you’re willing to produce better results.
Steve Jobs said it:
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.”
Practicing Self-Compassion
It’s all about acknowledging mistakes and then forgiving yourself for them. Practicing self-compassion will help you to let go and move on from mistakes.
A great place to start is by saying “no” more often. It’s an enforcement mechanism to uphold your boundaries, and boundaries are for meeting your needs and upholding your priorities.

So, why is success important to human beings?

Without success, everything cease to survive – humans, communities, companies, goals, dreams, and even entire civilisations cease to exist!

How do we get success?
Success is a mindset!
If there is no such thing as success, then there is no such thing as DESIRE, and if there is no desire, the entire world revolves about comfort and conformity, and it does not lead us anywhere.
The multitude, millions and billions of achievements, inventions and visions that have brough the world to what it is today would have NEVER happened if human beings were not aiming towards success in their endeavours, whether thriving towards discobering the ultimate drugs to a life-threatening illness or disease like the covid19 pandemic or finding a suitable transport system to move from one place to another, or from one country to another etc…
Without the aim of success, there would be no progress of any kind, parents would have no persuasive reasons enough to send their kids to school or companies would have no arguments to ask people to come to work.
Success is the fuel of progress, it alights the fire of curiosity and fans the flames of research and progress.
Success is vital for survival and beyond!

Why do we need to understand what is mindset?
The dictionary defines Mindset as a mental attitude or inclination. I love this word ‘attitude’. It tells us all about the kind of mindset we ‘decide’ to have when we rise up early in the morning or when we go to bed at night and all throughout our day. You may wonder, I said ‘decide’! Yes, decide, because this is something we decide even when we think we did not! Because even not deciding is a decision! When we let our mind wander, we LET our mind wander, that is we have decided to let our mind wander – something we can control, as we can also NOT LET our mind wander, we can decide to FOCUS our mind on the things that matter to us, like positivity, belief, faith, patience, perseverance, happiness, joy, living, growing, achieving, succeeding, etc etc etc But I agree, this is NOT easy. IT is not easy to have a positive mindset – it takes WORK! (483 words)

Which simply says that you can SET your mind to work for you…or against you!
Carol S. Dweck, in her book “MINDSET” talks about the two mindsets: (1) the fixed mindset and (2) the growth mindset.

How to develop a growth mindset
Researchers have found that it is possible to promote a growth mindset by teaching students about neuroscience evidence showing the brain is malleable and improves through effort. There are several ways to develop a growth mindset:
1. Realize that, scientifically, you can improve
One of the most direct methods of fostering a growth mindset is by understanding our brains are built to grow and learn. By challenging yourself with new experiences, you can form or strengthen neural connections to ‘rewire’ your brain which, in turn, can make you smarter.
2. Remove the ‘fixed mindset’ inner voice
Many people have a negative inner voice that acts against a growth mindset. Try to flip thoughts such as ‘I can’t do this’, to ‘I can do this if I keep practicing’ to nurture a growth mindse
3. Reward the process
Although society often rewards those who achieve excellent outcomes, this can work against a growth mindset. Instead, reward the process and the effort exerted. One study by Dr. Carol Dweck showed that rewarding effort over results on a maths game improved performance.
4. Get feedback
Try and seek feedback on your work. When learners are provided with progressive feedback about what they did well and where they can improve, it creates motivation to keep going. Feedback is also associated with a pleasurable dopamine response and enhances a growth mindset.
5. Get out of your comfort zone
Being brave enough to leave your comfort zone can help foster a growth mindset. When faced with a challenge, try to choose the harder option that will allow you to grow.
6. Accept failure as part of the process
Failure, setbacks, and initial confusion are all part of the learning process! When trying something new, see occasional ‘failures’ as positive learning opportunities—try to enjoy the discovery process along the way.
The Wrap Up
The growth mindset is the belief that intelligence and ability can be nurtured through learning and effort. Growth-minded people see setbacks as a necessary part of the learning process and bounce back from ‘failure’ by increasing effort. This mindset has positive effects on motivation and academic performance in learners. The limited evidence from neuroscience suggests the brains of people with a growth mindset are more active than those with a fixed mindset–particularly in areas associated with error-correction and learning.

In this episode, I want to share with you HOW KEEP GROWING your NM business!
You already know 50% of the world’s wealth belongs to the top 1%, while 10% of the world’s adult population hold 85% of the world’s wealth! That means that the rest of the 85% of the world population shares the remaining 15% of the world’s wealth Why?
This is a BIG question, right?
Why is it like that?
The answer is simple – the top 1% or 10% works for it, takes the risk, and keep working on themselves and keep taking risks in adventuring forward in new business ventures and in developing the world’s business further.
The 90% of us are afraid to venture, either because we believe we are not good enough, or because we are afraid of the outcome if we fail.
Let me tell you that the top 10% FAILS too, in fact they FAIL MORE than they succeed, but they have that persevering attitude that ultimately make them succeed!
One way we can emulate the top 10% of wealthy people in the world in our Network marketing business is through the Challenges that are there in NM to help us grow bigger.
The Challenges (or incentives) are built in to help the Success-driven individuals achieve more and BECOME more. The top 10% people are present also in our NM business, and the way that they achieve more is by taking the risks of playing the Challenges. Once they achieve one level, they eye the next level and don’t quit on it until they achieve it, even if it takes them years…for by playing for that level, they keep the momentum of action and therefore their business keep growing and thriving.
And as you can imagine, it is not easy to keep playing at that level, unless you have developed into a great Leader, then the Leader do not see that as a struggle as do most of the others, the Leaders see it as a growth platform for them to develop other Leaders who would help them reach that NEXT platform…Its all in the BUILDING of Leaders by using the platform of Challenges – and at the END, EVERYONE wins!

Because not many people are ready to give what it takes to achieve this rank, you should be always looking for the hungry, ambitious, hard working people who joins your business and then training them into the achievement of the Manager’s rank.

If you produce only followers in your NM business, then you will have to ALWAYS be there to take care of them. If you produce Leaders, you will not be needed. The AIM of Leadership is for the Leader to be unneeded, that is, even in his/her absence things are moving forward smoothly, because the Leader has made sure that leadership is present at every level of the organization.
Chris Edmonds, in his book ‘The Culture Engine’ says that ‘Effective Leaders hold themselves and others accountable to high standards for results and values, validate efforts and contributions, and ensure cooperative interaction and performance in a trusting, respectful work environment.’
The 3 most important questions to ask about effective leadership are:
What do effective leaders do?
Whom do effective leaders serve?
To what end do effective leaders serve? How do they improve the quality of life and career of their key customers (team members)?
Leadership is what’s going to ensure your NM business keeps thriving and growing continuously, irrespective of conditions and situations.
Leaders will catalyse this process and build your business many-fold, quicker, bigger and smarter BECAUSE at the end, these Leaders will be building their OWN businesses, which ultimately is part of YOURS too!

Keep building MANAGERS from your DIRECT TEAM
Keep winning the Challenges…BUT AIM at the NEXT level once you’ve achieved a particular level, even if you don’t hit it the next year, KEEP FOCUSING on the NEXT level – Why? It keeps you competitive and keep the MOMENTUM ON!
ACT as a NEWCOMER ALL THE TIME!

Making your FIRST RANK in Network Marketing is relatively EASY in NM, but I am talking about that FIRST Rank that changes EVERYTHING!
In my BUSINESS, it is the Rank of Manager – it is in FACT the 4th Rank, but is THE Rank that changes the game. IT is the RANK that open the door for everything that you can EARN in the business – it’s the MAIN door to UNLIMITED OPPORTUNITY!
So, my advice to all of you – FIRST CHECK in your organization, what is that RANK?
To get to that RANK, it is very IMPORTANT to check what is the smaller RANK that makes that RANK (Manager) possible, or can be the catalyzer?
In my Business, it is RANK No. 2 – that of Supervisor, because this is where you start earning Group Bonus – 5 to 6 Supervisors in 2-4 months, get you to the Manager level.
So work with your First Rank Members to help them achieve Rank No.2 (or whatever it is in YOUR organization)
What does it take to get to Rank NO. 2, and what are the BENEFITS? What is the GAP in earnings from Rank No. 1 and Rank No. 2? HIGHLIGHT this and SHOW it to all your first Rank team members!
If you do this, in a matter of months ( may be in the first 6 months itself) you can ATTAIN that BIG RANK where everything UNFOLDS for you! (I became Manager in 4 months!)
Once you BECOME a MANAGER, you now have the blueprint of getting there, and you can NOW work with your Supervisors (Rank No.2) to become Managers, and thus you START building a TEAM of LEADERS that is going to bring you and your team to the PINNACLE of Network Marketing!

Then provide them with the things they are looking for, BUT NOT IN FORM OF INFORMATION – but in the FORM of LIFESTYLE, YOUR lifestyle and YOUR stories of SUCCESS!
Looking at your content, they will keep coming to READ more, checking your GENUINENESS, your CONSISTENCY, your AUTHENTICITY, your REALITY in the long run.
Some people will connect to you years AFTER they start following you…and they will TELL you about it when they do!
Social Media is a great platform to BUILD connections, BUT it takes the time it takes, that is a LONG time. Don’t EXPECT quick returns from SM, even if you are lucky to get some great interest at the start! People watch you and your journey and progress!

I was an ULTRA - TIMID person for the first 25 years of my life….until I joined a direct sales organization….my story
I discovered that I can speak very fluently with people I am comfortable with. The problem was with strangers. SO, what I did is I kept speaking with ALL the people I knew. I kept presenting to them, NOT FOR SELLING< but to refine and polish my craft. Even when I was 100% dead sure I will not make a sale at a particular person’s place (person I knew personally) I will still go to do the presentation, NOT FOR THE SALE, but for my LEARNING! That was my learning curve!
I became so good at presenting that when I did it for the first time at a stranger’s place, it did NOT seem stranger at all☺ I conquered that uncomfortableness with my PRACTICE!!!
How do you become a great PRESENTER?
How do you BECOME a great COOK? SINGER? DANCER? ACTOR? SPEAKER?
Same with Presenting – YOU HAVE TO PRESENT! You have to be AWFUL in order to be AWESOME!
Join a Public Speaking platform….you can connect with me and BE PART OF MY PUBLIC SPEAKING ACADEMY!
NEVER refuse any opportunity to make a speech, HOWEVER uncomfortable you feel, or afraid you feel…the solution to your FEAR is to FACE it!
Present in front of families, relatives, friends, colleagues UNTIL you feel COMFORTABLE presenting, THEN go out in the field and try it in front of strangers. You will feel the fear, FACE the FEAR, and keep doing it AFRAID with the support of your UPLINE Coach (Let me know if you NEED me! I did not understand your products/opportunity

We are so much focus on the emotions of a NO, that we cant HEAR the unsaid words of the person saying the NO, because we have been so conditioned by our environment and society on the wrong meaning of NO!
Don’t write your daily TARGET of YES’es – Write your daily target of NOs and see how life changes and how NOs excites you EVERY DAY!
Make NO the most empowering word of your language!
When you have the opportunity to do a presentation of your products/opportunity, and at the end the prospect do not buy, GIVE them a BIG smile, shake their hands with enthusiasm, and THANK then for their precious time that they gave you! ALWAYS THANK them and confuse them☺
Most salespeople and Network Marketers ruin their relationship FOREVER with people who said NO to them for whatever, BE the CONTRARIAN!
INCREASING YOUR FAILURE RATE is THE Ultimate Strategy for long-term, outstanding performance!
My story
When I joined NM, I talked to about a 1000 persons, only about 80 joined my business (8%), and only about 20 did the business (2%) and only 5 became Managers (0.5%) and only ONE became a HIGH FLYER (0.1%) but that was enough to make me BECOME a MILLIONNAIRE! Yes, you need only ONE TOP flyer to become a 6-figure or PLUS earner, More than ONE will get you in the coveted 1% of the TOP EARNERS of the industry.

If your NEW members make it BIG, you make it BIG!
Starting your members in the BEST way possible is the SECRET to your high flying success in Network Marketing
Things to know to get your NEW MEMBERS (NM) rock the floor in Network Marketing:
Make sure your NM understand the philosophy of being their BEST CUSTOMER!
Make sure your NM know the Company Policy (CP), and have read it through from start to finish at least 3 times, and had a special session with you to ASK questions pertaining to the CP
Involve your NM in the first demo presentations for both products and opportunity
First one, they sit down, observe and take notes – they need to give you later a summary of what they heard, felt, saw and understand
Second and third, they present some parts where they are most comfortable
The fourth one they do the full presentation under your vigilant eyes
The fifth onwards they can do by themselves, with their NM
Make sure your NM has worked on their STRATEGIC PLAN for the first 7 days, 30 days, next 3 months, 6 months and 1 year
Don’t forget to have a working meeting with them when they sign to join your business

So, how do you turn your prospects into REAL customers?
Most of the times, prospects respond right away to a great demo presentation – there is always SALES happening after the presentation…at least, this is what happens in MY presentations☺
IF they don’t buy directly AFTER the presentation, do FOLLOW UP!
WE talked about FOLLOW-UP in Episode 29
In your Follow-up, ASK them which products attracted them…this will tell you about their needs and wants
AS pertinent questions that will trigger them to talk about what THEY like and want. Take great note of this, then FOCUS all your one on one marketing to them promoting their needs and wants…HOW?
Send them good articles on how your products on how YOUR products/services can solve THEIR problems, thus satisfy THEIR Needs and Wants
Send them samples (if you have them) of the products they need, if they don’t buy directly
Make sure they are e-mailed your promotions when THEIR products are on sale
Ask them for REFERRALS
Make sure to let them know when THEIR referrals have bought your products
Keep serving them with great articles and information that are useful to them
Don’t SELL your products aggressively to them…you may lose them forever, even as friends
Keep inviting them to YOUR events and even give them a role so they feel important
ASK them if they would like to house an event at their residence or location (make sure if this possible during this pandemic though)
Reward them with products they like when their referrals buy an important quantity, that will be an opportunity for them to ‘taste’ the products if they haven’t them yet
Wish them on their birthdays and other special moments – keep developing the relationship
Become their trusted friend!
Don’t harass them into buying your products, but keep sharing your success stories with the products – don’t forget you are YOUR BUSINESS BEST CUSTOMER!
Love sharing and serving in place of hunting for sales – farm the relationship in the long term, and see the difference it makes to your relationship and your business.
