Welcome to Brain food! This podcast is really about anything I chose for that day, helping others whether that’s about relationships, love, nutrition anything. I’m here to express and connect with people. I’ve spent my whole life trying to find a place in the world, trying to connect and find the meaning of why I’m here. I’ve found that my passion in life is sharing my life with others in a way that can help them. As a human race we need to stick together and be understanding of our scars and dark fantasies. I guess that’s some food for thought

borderline personality disorder
MY CAMERA'S SD CARD LOST THE FILES OF THE VIDEO.
NO VIDEO THIS WEEK. IM SO SORRY.
Anyways, this week I'm talking about BPD or Borderline Personality Disorder. It's something I was diagnosed with when I was 13 or 14. I told many stories about my fear of neglect and abandonment. I won't speak in the third person anymore, so over that. More of a chiller episode, and I should be in my new studio by next week, which is something to look forward to! Thank you so much for listening again; it means the WORLD.
