Blessing and love soul family, Welcome back ! Todays conversation is about projections. In this conversation I’ll be talking about my experience with projections, as a little Jamaican girl growing up in America as a migrant in a household with a stepmother/strangers at the age of 10. Talking about the projections and limitations that was placed on me unconsciously as a child and surviving through mental abuse. Finally receiving clarity each day from the Divine on why I was unable to unmask my best version.
**When I started my spiritual journey and my new walk with righteousness 2 years ago. I realize a lot of unhealthy traits I picked up as child that has followed/haunted me in my adult years. Autonomic Nervous System Love.(breathing exercise)
Blessing and Love Soul Family, welcome back! Today, I am here with another mindfulness practice, giving your autonomic nervous system some extra love to keep you energized and focused. It’s the middle of the week so take some time out to give your organs some extra love.

**What is breath work?**
Breath work is conscious breathing. It brings oxygen into the body, so you can thrive at your best. When you’re physically, emotionally stressed, it helps to balance your body. The idea of the breath is to release toxins and stress when you exhale. When we inhale it nourishes the body. Breath work may also have positive impact on your central nervous system. A few of its benefits, is that it helps to alkalize your blood pH, has anti-inflammatory effects on the body and also elevating your mood. It helps the body to be more present, like a guide inward to help you relax and meet the soul .

Coping Mechanisms.
Welcome back to the BebehShanty Flow
Podcast, today’s conversation is about the two types of coping mechanisms, the maladaptive and the adaptive types. I’ll be sharing a little research I’ve found to be interesting. I will also be sharing my experiences with unhealthy mechanisms i developed as a child and what I am doing now to help with the stress relieve with no long term damage to the psyche.
I am not a doctor or a psychologist yet, that is a journey I can’t wait to explore but for now I’ll be sharing my research on the different mental health topic that seems to be a taboo in our society. While replacing it with some mindfulness practices.

Breathe With Me + Restore Your Energy
Blessing’s and Love Soul Family. Welcome back to BebehShanty Flow, in today’s episode all I’m asking is for you to breathe with me.
Take a moment out of your busy schedule to be present. If you didn’t know, breath work is a way to improve mood swing, self esteem, and self confidence. So why wouldn’t you want to breathe with me?… Breath work is a form of psychotherapy, based on premise that our thoughts and emotions are closely linked to our physical state. This practice is helpful with depression, anxiety, overthinking habits and honestly the list goes on.
Breath work is another way to help you stay focus on your present and long term goals, also help with making better decisions.

Overthinking VS Thinking Deeply
Welcome soul family, to another week of BebehShanty Flow, we are on a roll and preparing for the next episode.
But in todays conversation we will be talking about Overthinking vs Thinking deeply. Sharing my perspective in one of my new research, I recently did and now sharing my perspective on the idea. I believe many can relate with the topic, or testify to at least once in their life, or probably still experiencing. Hidden treasure below the surface and behind the pain.
Blessing and love soul family. WELCOME!
Today’s topic is about trauma. First I want to give the definition, it is a deep distressing or disturbing experience. In neuroscience term it is an inner injury, a lasting rupture or split within the self due to difficult or hurtful events. Trauma is not what happened to you, but what happens on the inside of you. So long story short, trauma is what keep you away from your true and soulful self. This is soo important to know because we feel like once something isn’t in our immediate view, we push it away or suppress it. If you know this or not, let me be the first to say it’s not healthy, It keeps you in a loop. Having you wondering “what’s wrong with me?” or making you feel like you don’t belong, when in reality you are just separated from your soul. That’s why it’s important to do our research, try our best to find out or deep rooted issues so we can transcend with ease. Don’t take my word for it, I’m giving you the key to a healthy worm hole, to find out your hidden issues and in the flip side of that you will find all your hidden wisdom that you didn’t have to age a day older to find this out.
Conclusion: We need to stop robbing ourselves, and pay more attention to the NOW. Be more self aware and intentional with all that we do. Be mindful and embrace all that we are.
Affirmation: I AM FREE ✨

We are slave to our higher self.
If we allow our traumas, anxiety, depression, narcissistic tendency to get in the way of us not listening to our higher self, we will suffer there is no sugarcoating and in other words self sabotage unconsciously. Honestly, to me that’s a dangerous way of living, that’s my perspective on that. Imagine, being a mindful/intentional person and you have someone around you that is impulsive, and functioning from an unconscious low vibrational state of mind on top of that not having the desire to change. Call me crazy but that is a extended episode of the Jeffrey Dahmer nightmare. That’s why it’s important to live a mindful and intentional life. Trying our best and showing up at our best, not only for ourselves but for our community and environment. We can sit here and deny it but we are all connected. What you do can affect others in a negative and positive light depending on the individuals lifestyle. So why not live with love? It’s the only way out of this mental war we are facing right now. Take control of your autonomic nervous system, consciously reprogram you mindset to be the best you can be in a healthy way and watch shit get real magical. Embrace and understand all of who you are. Get your brown suit like Indiana Jones and find all the hidden treasures nobody ever told you about( don’t be sharing with any and everybody because not everyone deserves to know, you will never know a person’s motive). Love and life, soul family. Thank you for listening.
Conclusion: just surrender and go with the flow of life. Your higher self want to take care of you and I promise you it’s not taking you to suffer but you have to zone in on you. Limit or turn off all distractions of you can’t control yourself and go within. Don’t follow what no one say but question everything, you will get what you deserve, you give what you get. Remember life is way more spiritual than it is physical so with that ring said tap into your frequency. Just breathe, trust everything will be ok. But your actions speak louder than words. So what is your choice?

Experiment: Set a timer for an hour. Turn of your devices or put it in another room or leave it in the car and go embrace nature. If it’s night, sky gaze and get connected with who you are. Magic don’t take place when we want it to but when we need it the most. Life is a dance. So flow according.
