The Secret to Anything You Want in Life with Jen Cohen
I first came across Jen, when I watched herTEDx talk one morning called The Secret to Getting Anything You Want in Life on YouTube. I came across it in 2021, even though it was released in 2019. 2021 was the year I transitioned from an employee for a home builder to a realtor and started my own business in Real Estate. I came across it at the perfect time in my life and it resonated with me and reminded me that even though I am already a bold individual and have practiced this skill since I was little, it is something that I should keep practising and not something I should forget. It is so easy to fall into self doubt especially in the world and society we live in today. Listening to everyone else’s opinion and letting it affect us instead of using it to our advantage. It inspired me to write my first blog post Choosing Boldness where I share my journey of how I started in new home sales. Basically I got the opportunity by doing something very simple: asking for it. Knowing that it is what I wanted and being eager to learn. I still remember running to my MacBook to start typing the blog post. Storytelling in Personal Branding
"Stories are everything in life. They're how we relate to each other, how we understand the world around us, and how we communicate who we are. When it comes to personal branding, telling a great story is essential. Your story should be authentic, emotional, and memorable. It should be something that people can connect with and relate to. And most importantly, it should be something that you're proud of. So, take the time to craft your story, practice telling it, and don't be afraid to be vulnerable. Your story is what makes you unique, and it's what will set you apart from the crowd." - Ryan SerhantFollow Andrijana on Instagram: @andrijanajakovleska @yourmarketinghubWebsites: www.andrijanajakovleska.comwww.ymhub.ca

Patience in Business
Entrepreneurs tend to struggle with patience. They want to see results quickly, and they get frustrated when things don't happen as expected. In some cases, this impatience can be a good thing. It can motivate entrepreneurs to work harder and push themselves beyond their limits. But in most cases, impatience can be harmful. It can lead to poor decision-making, which can ultimately harm the business. Impatience can make entrepreneurs take shortcuts, which can lead to inferior products, services, or solutions. It can also lead to missed opportunities, as entrepreneurs may not give their ideas enough time to mature.Follow Andrijana on Instagram: @andrijanajakovleska @yourmarketinghubWebsites: www.andrijanajakovleska.comwww.ymhub.ca

Don't Make This Mistake
As real estate agents, we all know that the industry can be unpredictable at times. Deals can fall through, clients can change their minds, and sometimes the market can be slow. This is why it's crucial for us to always have a steady stream of new leads in our pipeline. Relying solely on leads from listings and referrals can be risky, as we run the risk of going without pay for months or even half a year. This is why it's so important to be proactive and continuously work on finding new leads to ensure a steady income.I made this mistake recently in my career, where I relied too heavily on listings and referrals and didn't put enough effort into finding new leads. And let me tell you, I learned this lesson the hard way. I found myself without pay for a longer period of time than expected and it was a harsh lesson. But I learned from it, and I want to share my experiences with you so that you can avoid the same fate.Follow Andrijana on Instagram: @andrijanajakovleska @yourmarketinghubWebsites: www.andrijanajakovleska.comwww.ymhub.ca

Being Trilingual
When I moved to Canada at the age of 11, I had only a surface knowledge of the English language. But I quickly picked it up and within a short period of time, nobody could tell that English was my second language. However, I never forgot my roots and remained in touch with my family who spoke Macedonian and Serbian, allowing me to maintain my fluency in these two languages. As a real estate agent, being trilingual has given me a significant advantage in working with clients who speak Macedonian and Serbian. It allows me to fully understand their needs and express myself clearly in their first language, building trust and making the process smoother for both parties. It is also great for real estate clients when you are able to communicate with them in their first language. They feel more comfortable, and it allows them to express themselves more fully. The fact that they can talk to me in their first language, they can express their needs and wants in a more direct and precise way, which in turn helps me to better understand their needs and therefore better serve them.Follow Andrijana on Instagram: @andrijanajakovleska @yourmarketinghubWebsites: www.andrijanajakovleska.comwww.ymhub.ca
