Holistic wellness is based upon a holistic diet. A holistic diet is a diet that helps us not only to work but also to survive. The type of food we eat affects our thoughts and overall mental health, and our emotional health is the result of our mental health which directly affects our physical health. A holistic diet builds and maintains your whole health i.e. physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Always remember when you are mentally and emotionally healthy your physical and spiritual health will always be holistic.
