Belizean’s need a place to feel relatable, to be inspired, to feel heard, to share their stories and ideas. That's what this is for. I want to help with that by speaking to awesome Belizean’s and people from all over the world that I think can inspire us to do great things.
Why am I being called an influencer though?
I mean besides the fact that I have done influencer-like things, like a podcast. I just really don't think that's something that I am, or that I do or that's a thing at all. This is just me expressing this at random, just because I missed talking into a mic, basically.

In this episode, I am joined by Belize's youngest member of the City Council, Allan Pollard Jr. who is now running for a second term in the upcoming municipal elections. Allan shares his story of how he decided to put his name on a ballot 3 years ago, some realities of being a councillor and growing up in Southside Belize City. He shares some of his experience running in the General elections and some advice for those aspiring to do great things and to be the change we wish to see.
**Apparently, councillor is spelled both ways (councilor and councillor) since I edited the video already we'll stick with councillor. That's how we spell it in Belize.
