A Sound Bath practice to celebrate the 100th episode! THANK YOU 😁
Welcome to the 100th episode of The Mindful Rebel® Podcast! I am thrilled to celebrate this incredible milestone with all of you.
When I launched this podcast, I never could have imagined the amazing community that would grow around it. I set out to create a space for meaningful conversations about mindfulness, leadership, personal growth, and social change, and I am so grateful that so many of you have joined myself and the amazing guests on this journey.
As I mark this 100th episode, I want to take a moment to thank you, our listeners. Without your support and engagement, this podcast simply wouldn't exist. Your feedback, comments, and messages have inspired us to keep going, even when the road ahead has been tough. Especially in instances where, I wasn’t sure if people were connecting with the podcast or whether it was even having an impact!
I am incredibly proud of what has been accomplished in the past 100 episodes, but we know that there is still so much work to be done and more conversations to be had. I am committed to bringing you thoughtful, engaging content that helps you to grow, learn, and become more mindful in your everyday life.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your support. I can't wait to see what the next 100 episodes bring, and I hope that you will continue to join us on this journey.
As a thank you - I want to share with you a sound bath practice. Instead of an interview, I want to gift you space to rest through the vibration of sound.
Once you finish listening, do me a favor, please rate the podcast and leave a review on whatever platform you are listening on. That would mean the world to me.
Okay my friends, enjoy the practice.

About Shawn
Residing at the intersection of leadership and mindfulness, Shawn creates sacred spaces for stillness and self-inquiry to help changemakers align their strengths, intention, and impact. Through his integrative approach, he holds transformative containers for self-renewal, personal discovery, and capacity-building that ease clients on their journey towards peace, clarity, and freedom. Shawn is committed to empower changemakers to become embodied leaders – unified in mind, body, and heart – with the tools to mindfully pause, reconnect to their inner knowing, make strengths-driven decisions, and lead the change they believe the world needs. The path to collective growth is rooted firmly in our personal growth. As we work towards collective freedom, Shawn asks: How can you begin to support yourself to be able to support others? Are you pouring into others from the excess of your full cup? Shawn has an intuitive way of weaving all that he has learned on his path to help those on the inner journey of discovery to reflect on those questions – including meditation, sound healing, yoga nidra, and coaching.

Louie T. McClain II is a resident of Arlington, Texas and holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Pensacola Christian College. It was in Pensacola where Louie first discovered his passion in life-coaching troubled youth. While volunteering with Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, Mr. McClain took on an initiative to make tutoring a court-ordered sanction and found success with Juvenile Court Judges and Probation Officers alike.
Louie went on to establish Humane Resources, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization with a mission to assist the formerly incarcerated with job placement, a couple years later. Shortly after that, Project: Liberia Smile was formed which gave college age students an opportunity attend universities in Liberia, West Africa.
Louie is intrigued by the resilience and tenacity of African American leaders who stand for truth, justice, and overcoming any obstacles placed in their way. Thus, he decided to create Melanin Origins LLC, a black owned global publishing service creating books for kids, to share messages of lesser-known African American pioneers to the children of the world and empower them to aspire for excellence and chase their dreams regardless of any complications they may face. Furthermore, Mr. McClain is a proud father of two beautiful children named Serenity and Noah.
