About
Having graduated as a physiotherapist back in 2017, I quickly set off to share my value with the world. It didn't take long to realise how difficult it was to find the right space from which I could give what I knew I could. Fast forward 18 months or so and I found just that. With a near empty bank account, a few tins of paint and many sleepless nights later, the 'Life Fit Studio' was created, A beautiful spacious studio in Co.Cork, Ireland with 2 treatment rooms, a large floor space for workshops and classes as well as a cosy social corner where people can share and connect with each other over a hot cup of tea. The design of the studio as well as the business model it operates under strives to create a space for wellness and growth, both for our customers as well as the many professionals out there with value to share.When I see someone walk in the door I see them holding a (metaphorical) toolbox. Once I know I have given them more tools than what they came with then I have added value to them on their own journey.It is with this same ethos that I have created 'The Life Fit Podcast'.
