So often we as people forget to love ourselves, so what I wanted to do in this episode is go back to the basics and discuss why it's important to love ourselves and what benefits come from it.

Recently Rolling Stone released their list of the Top 200 Best List, and let's just say social media took blaze like a flame of some of the folks on the list. Whelp it's only right that I share my thoughts on this. 

We all use social media for a form of communication. But let's dive a little deeper into the Pros and Cons of it and what it means to us, or hell what it means to me. This can go left really quick but if it does, hey that's on you lol.

It seems that more often now people are so quick to ghost others, rather it's a family member, friend or someone you are dating right? Many of y'all saw it... Many of y'all heard it.... It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. 1. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Get help in any way possible. It all starts with YOU!
