Ep. 135: Capital Raising and Shifting Strategies

Danielle Unsworth comes from humble beginnings as a refugee child escaping from Cambodia with her parents and sister. She saw the struggles that her parents went through as new immigrants and was determined to find a way to achieve financial security. She started investing in real estate at 24 years old when she bought her first property. Since then, she has purchased multiple properties using the buy and hold strategy.
