Dalam masa setahun ada apa, project macam mana nak buat, revenue goals dan sebagainya.   But I realized, plan changed alot, atas macam2 sebab. So currently I  rasa this is the best way yang I follow.   I set a Big Hairy Audacious Goal (Goal yang rasa impossible), then I create a more practical one year goal, then I list down my quarterly goal.   Working in small chunks (quarterly) keep me focus sebab I don't know what's gonna change in the next quarter.    But at the same time, I keep my BHAG as close to me, supaya I remember when I wanna go.    Hope you listen to this session and take action in your business!
