With jazzy and a great ear for beat with his pose called the "Monster Island Crew" inspired by the Godzilla universe and named by each monster in that universe. Ronny J brings in some of his well known collaborators on here and as some hits and misses from here. The mixing can be mostly the main problem. The song "Glacier" is the main one with the overbearing Steel Drums covering a chunk of Denzel's verse. Ronny J makes his appearance known as an artist with his vocals, auto crooning and distorted vocals. I Like the albums as a listener and would work for parties. He delivers an amazing project with nice lyricism and melodic bangers off this album. Denzel proves himself very much. After two years since he announced it back in 2018, the album would be pushed back and pushed back close to be shelfed from his label but it finally came on XMAS Day to some mixed results from hardcore and casual fans alike, saying it was trash. Unlike them I enjoyed the album, it has some songs that you can mosh to. Tho it had some filler songs to fill up the albums space... I mean the album is 24 tracks there was bound to be some fillers but I still enjoy the project I really did. This is the official debut album from Atlanta, GA and A$AP MOB Associate, Playboi Carti and he brings his minimalistic style onto this album and did an impressive job in bring and honing his style with bigger names on here as well such as Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Lil Uzi Vert, Skepta, Bryson Tiller, Cheif Keef, Young Nudy and Young Thug. Some of the tracks with said did really well like when Nicki Minaj used his flow on their song "Poke It Out" and so on. I do see a good improvement on this album. This came after the hit song of 2017 "Magnolia" with the zany beat and production from producer Pi'erre Bourne. The tape itself is minimalistic but comes very mindless and numbing to the point where I'm waiting for the song to be over. All tho I like some of the songs on this but man this is brain numbing. The debut commercial EP from viral sensation Lil Nas X. Came up with the hit song "Old Town Road" in late 2018 but gain popularity in 2019 through memes and the nasally sung chorus that got everyone singing. It would gain more attention to him with big name artist to hop on to this EP such as Blink-182's drummer, Travis Barker and Bronx Rapper Cardi B. The EP does bring in some surprises that aren't so country sounding like "Old Town Road". Sounding super futuristic to rock like vibes and to very bouncy fun songs. Overall he prove that he couldn't be a one trick pony but after this EP, he's kinda quiet. After 17 years of hiatus, the side project of popular pop punk band Green Day: The Network came back to Earth and saw the prophecy that they saw came true (which is unfortunately is what 2020 came to be now) and just to come back with a laugh that the face to doubters by saying "WE TOLD YOU SO". Coming back with 25 songs on this album ranging from many topics... Some fillers but kinda see why due to the whole idea stream trolling. They did a better improvement since the 2003 album of the same name. The Network is a new wave band from the future bring them their message through songs about 2020 form as a six people (Green Day and three tour members). They would bring in some weird spaceiness to the songs and power bass synths in them. The fourth studio album from the Former Hanna Montana star, Miley wanted to distant herself from those days and make an album that is full of 80s style synths and wild rebellion... Or so she thinks she's trying to do with this album. Her attempt is ok but didn't really stick to me well because this album has a mix bag of songs and styles that she tried to blend in and some of the features make the song and or save the song from Miley's verses. Some songs still have her country roots instilled in them and with the help of Atlanta, GA Producer MIKE WILL MADE IT on most of the production, he manage to make amazing beats... This is the debut EP by Singer-Songwriter Billie Eilish. Released in 2017 with the hit song "Ocean Eyes" on this EP as well. She has her brother Finneas as her main producer and made some very poppy sounding. But it makes it too poppy sounding as well, mixing the sound making her stuck in this dream-popish type of sound with generic lyrics about love and subject matter that might caught your eye like "Bellyache" and the track with Vince Staples as the only feature on the EP. This is the debut mixtape released in 2017 from meme rapper himself, Ugly God. Former went by Pu$$y Bacon then switched it to Ugly God. After Achieving a good amount of stuff such as being apart of the XXL 2017 Freshman List with MadeinTYO, Playboi Carti, XXXTENTACION Etc. then he would drop this 10 track mixtape and my god this tape didn't aged well 3 years later (2020). The production has some high points in mostly carrying him throughout the tape. Wiz Khalifa was the only feature on the tape and did it for the bag and rightfully so. I Wasn't really suprised that the lyrical topics would be the same and didn't really mature as much.
