I've briefly talked about my chronic gut/inflammation issues on previous episodes, but today I get very transparent by talking about my recent physical flare up and mental setback. The past three weeks of my life have been an ultimate rollercoaster because I felt like my healing journey has no end in sight. But despite this incredibly low low, I've managed to deepen my faith in God, the universe and myself.
