I meditate on it, I visualise it, I speak it into existence.
For me it is living like a Super Human.
I want to provide for my family.
I want to feel and look strong, not just physically, mentally and emotionally too.
I want to be a person of strength when people come to me, I can be all that and more.
When I live a Super Human life, I know I am achieving this.
Living a Super Human life means living with Honour, disciple and respect, putting in place daily habits that make me Super Human.
I think we can all be Super Human, you just need the right tools and strategy’s, you can train your mind, you can train your body, so that you are ready for those moments when life tests you.

When you have a goal the best way of succeeding is to educate yourself on the subject.
If you were planning to go on a trip, I bet you would do some research, google the places, how to get there and how to get around, you would want to have the best possible trip ever.
Yet everyday people decide they are going to lose weight, gain muscle, become healthier, stronger, leaner, without setting a real plan in place.
Why are we so quick to give up on a goal before we have really given ourselves a chance to achieve it?
Why do people walk away from what they really want, for what they want right now?
You could say it is down to will power, consistency or just plain old laziness.
All of these aren’t tangible you can’t hold them in your hands, you can’t create them, you can only imagine how they feel to you.
Whereas I believe the real problem to be education, facts and understanding of the subject in which the goal resides.

Most people will only have looked at surface level.

In this episode I talk about the benefits of just doing something.
There are many reasons you can find to put things of, to overthink things and to just not move forward, the time will pass anyway it is up to you to use it to reach your potential.
I also talk about how time is made up and that it is relative to how you feel and where your focus is being directed, 1 min doing something nice goes by fast whereas 1 min doing something hard going by much slowly but in fact time is time and it passes at the same rate no matter what, it is only your perception of the time that changes.
Creating a goal or having a dream is not enough, you need to actually take action towards it, as Mark said ‘There is something to be said about just f**king doing it’
