BBC 100: Representation of Black British Actresses on the BBC
As part of the BBC 100 celebrations in 2022, we were asked to collaborate with BBC History and the Arts and Humanities Research Council as part of a special project which explores the representation of Black British actresses on the BBC.
We welcomed back Rakie Ayola, Dawn Estefan and Sutara Gayle to help us have this incredibly beautiful and insightful roundtable talk.

Following the events of the Sarah Everard case, many women have been brave and come forward with their stories of unwanted male attention. In this poem, Gloria shares her own personal experience.
