On this week episode we had a the pleasure of chatting with Jason O'Toole, an ex convict who spent a total of 8 years in Irish prison. He speaks about the simple things people want to know about prison and also the process of going in and out. He also opened up about his drug addiction which he got from inside prison and also the struggles of growing up through a rough childhood. What a man and what a gent.

We had Pauly O’Brien in the new studio, we picked his brain on what it take to become a top level football coach , an everything from working with the FAI , the old Rovers days an the up an coming players coming through the Irish ranks ⚽

We discussed all topics floating in the social media world the last 2 weeks, from having a coffee with a dead relative in the meta verse to Travis Scott sacrificing people…

This week on hard chats in hard hats we had the lads take care in studio with us, we discussed a lot on mental health, Dwayne gave us his best bingo introduction, some fun segments and then we got deep into Simbads mental health struggle and how he over came his battle with mental health.

On this weeks episode we had Ireland’s very first Taekwondo Olympian in the studio. Jack gave us a look into the life of an Olympian, what goes on behind the scenes, training camps and also a full insight into the rumour around lots of “sex” in the camp.
