I Bought A Wedding Dress and I Regret It (160)

My wedding planning has been pretty smooth and stress-free except when it comes to my wedding dress! Omg, I thought it would be so easy. But there are SO many options out there so your girl is confused. Pretty much, I went shopping with my mom, sister, and mother-in-law...I bought a dress and now I'm having second thoughts! I woke up the next day and freaked out about my decision. However, I found out that I have "wedding dress regret!" I didn't know it was a thing! But so many wives slid in my DMs to tell me they went through the same struggle. Sigh. So I decided to bring my mom and sis on for this week's episode to chat through the wedding dress shopping experience. Listen in as we discuss their first reaction to the dress I bought, what they rated the dress from 1-10, and our final decision. Side note - I think we need a part 2 to this conversation. How to Use Feminine Energy to Manifest the Life You Deserve+ How to Set Intentions, Not Resolutions

Girl, it's time to get serious about creating the life you deserve! I'm excited about today's guest because she shares how to set intentions instead of New Year's Resolutions! We discuss how to dig deeper into who we are, how to trust ourselves, and how to use feminine energy and manifestations to create the life we want! Jocelyn Kelly Reid is here for one major mission: to lead women towards making a big impact to get rich, work less, play more, and fall in love with life.  The turning point that called her to where she is today - including becoming an asset manager, leaving a toxic relationship, landing herself in debt, and moving through a spiritual awakening - is one that is beyond relevant for so many of us.  Her story highlights the day-to-day, coming of age we all move through as we navigate our careers and relationship to money.  She works with women to expand their feminine energy, to become more magnetic in order to receive what they desire from life and bring forth their manifestations. Listen in as we discuss how to tap into your feminine energy in order to receive your heart's true desires!

20 Healthy Ways to Submit in a Relationship (Ep. 113)

Seems like no one likes the word "submit," these days! Ha! Actress and Comedian, Watch Jazzy, was on a recent episode of the Lovers & Friends podcast where she discussed her definition of submission and the internet went wild! She was asked, "What does a submissive woman do for her man?" And her response was, "Everything." She went on to say she packs her partner's clothes, cooks, cleans, scratches his back until he falls asleep and more. Some people agreed with her stance and others say she's doing too much, especially since she says it's draining and she put her partner's needs before her own. Honestly, she described what sounds like a very codependent relationship. Luckily, we're going to have a therapist discuss codependency in an upcoming episode but for now, I'll share some controversial statements from the interview, a few ways my partner and I submit to each other, and I'll share 20 ways to submit in a relationship.
