Life has its way of taking many turns. Sometimes it's through blessings or suffering. No matter what you go through, it's how you handle what you go through. I've encountered many situations that left me broken, mended, and even found healing. No matter what, you must learn from every step that you take.
Transformation
There comes a time in your life when change is necessary. Of course, change is uncomfortable; yet necessary. Fear comes to kill, steal and destroy. Transformation may require you to let go of some people, no matter how bad it hurts. If your company is not helping you become the best version of yourself, why hold on? Matthew 6:33 states, do not be conformed to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Happy Easter
Easter Sunday is a highly anticipated occasion below the Mason-Dixon. We look forward to dying and decorating eggs, wearing our favorite pastel dresses, and enjoying some insanely delicious food. But, of course, what makes the holiday so special is the celebration of the resurrection of our savior, Jesus Christ! Easter Sunday represents the freedom we have in living a victorious life connected to God. Because of His grace, our sins are forgiven, and we have the privilege of receiving abundant joy for all the days to come.

Unexpected Circumstances
Romans 8:28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Sometimes, it is not you who find good ideas when you are seeking them. Instead. Good ideas find you in the most unexpected circumstances.

Healing Hearts
Psalms 73:26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Healing a broken heart takes self-compassion. It can't be rushed, and it might take some time, but healing is possible. Whatever you’re feeling right now is normal, though- whether that's loneliness, humiliation, rejection, disconnection, disappointment, or even relief. Thoughts affect feelings, and feelings affect actions. It's important to allow yourself to fully heal before moving forward.

Accountability
Hebrews 13:17 Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with whom they entrusted much, they will demand more. Many adults don't understand the consequences of their actions and refuse to acknowledge them when they’ve made a mistake. And as always, your children are watching. “It helps to instill moral values of right and wrong, even when there is no one watching.”

Are You Easy To Love
1 Corinthians 13:4-5 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love is powerful, as strong as medication in its effect on the human brain. One of the co-authors of the study, Arthur Aron PhD who is a psychologist at the State University of New York reports that”… you start to crave the person you’re in love with like a drug.” True love is hard to find. When you do find it, hold on to it.

What’s the Best Thing That Happened to You Today?
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Your thoughts create the landscape in which you experience life. Make that landscape empowering in a positive and fulfilling way. Even if something is very small, you can make it enormous in your life by choosing to intensely focus your thoughts upon it. Let you thoughts center around all that you love, respect, admire and treasure. Give positive power to each of your moments by giving positive focuses to your thoughts. By Ralph Marston

Let It Go
Let is full of unforeseen circumstances. Everything that we encounter it's a meaning behind it. The most important thing is not holding on to things that are wearing you down. Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing the monkey bars. You have to let go at some point to move forward. I want to encourage you to use life as a lesson, not as a curse. Be careful as to what you allow to occupy your mind. Is it building you up or tearing you down. Let it go!

Slow Down and Focus
As we continue to live a fast-paced life, our schedules are being bombarded by so. When you are busy just doing, you do not have time to listen. But imagine how energized and truly productive you’d be if you spent more time on the things that give fulfillment. Psalm 46:10 reminds us to “Be still and know that I am God.” This call to stop, to rest, and be still, to focus. Guess speaker Sharkica Harris will speak about her struggle from doing too much. What consequences did she encounter?

Ephesians 5:15 Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise. Proverbs 28:26 Whoever trusts in his mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered. You don't have to be a slave to your urges. Patiently waiting will give you a better outlook on things.

Drinking and Driving
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — FHP troopers say a U.S. Navy engineer is to blame for a deadly DUI crash Monday morning. According to reports, 23-year-old Devon Thomas Barber was impaired when he was speeding on US 41 and plowed into the back of another car, sending the car careening off the road and into a ditch. Our negligence can cause our lives or someone else. It’s important that we take this matter serious. #drinkinganddriving #besobermind #positiveinfluencer #coach

Power of Silence
Proverbs 18:13-15 Spouting off before listening to the facts is both shameful and foolish. Intelligent people are always ready to learn. Their ears are often open for knowledge. People will draw closer to you only to figure you out. It's all about their motives. Someone once said, when a person shows you their true colors, don't take it lightly. You must be eager to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. Remember, this may cost you being different. That's a good thing. Always keep your heart pure towards anything you do.

Failure
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me. At least once in your life, you are going to fail at something. What are you going to do about it? Fail forward or give up? We know that giving up should never be an option because you will always stop and never succeed. People will judge you due to your determination, That's fine. I encourage you to steer clear of those types of individuals. When you have people that are always talking, they typically don't have much going on, low self-esteem, or miserable. No matter what, keep going.

Don’t Look Back
Sometimes you need to look back to look forward to a better future. The truth about life is that you can't change what’s happened. Your focus needs to be on enjoying the present moment and doing the best you can to achieve what you want. Just think of a conversation that you had with someone that didn't go as well as you would have wanted it to go. How did it make you feel when you couldn't mend things with that person? It's time to heal and press forward.

Gratitude
1 Thessalonians 5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus to you. Psalms 118:24 let us rejoice and be happy in it. Gratitude is affirming the goodness in one’s life and recognizing that its source lies outside the self.” People experience more positive emotions, deal with adversity, & build stronger.

Warning Signs
Hebrews 2 states, Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it. For since the message declared by angels proved to be reliable, and every transgression or disobedience received a just retribution, how shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? It was attested to us by those who heard, while God also bore witness by signs and wonders and various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will. Whenever you encounter a sign, rather through dreams, vision, or road signs pay attention. What does it mean? Remember when you took your driving test you couldn't receive your license unless you passed. That required following the instructions and listening. That's the same thing with any other sign. What did you learn from it?

Women vs Women
Colossians 3: 13-23 states, Get along with each other, and forgive each other. If someone does you wrong, forgive that person because the Lord forgave you. Why do we fight against one another about foolishness? We must come to understand ourselves before we can receive what’s meant for you, not someone else. If you are damaged, who can deal with you? Can you deal with yourself?

Patiently Dating
Galatians 5:22-23 states, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, and self-control. Before you start dating, ask yourself these questions. Can you express your feelings to one another? Who is your ideal partner? What kind of good or bad habits can you live within a partner? What type of person are you in a relationship? Are you 3-dimensional? Example: To be 3-dimensional, you need to be the same person you were before the relationship. Often, people get excited because they think they found their match. But often people don't work on themselves BEFORE they decide “it’s time to date!”

Building A Solid Relationship That Will Last
Relationships should be built on trust and being able to accept people for who they are. It's important not to rush into anything, no matter how desperate the other person may be. You are in control of your life. Also, if the person is not willing to get to know somethings that still affect you from your past, let them go. Getting to know someone wholeheartedly is vital.
