Dj originaire de Toulouse, désormais installé sur Paris, Dr Wax collectionne les disques depuis bientôt 20 ans. En 2018, il a participé aux soirées Funky Sole à The Echo (Los Angeles), organisées par Miles Tackett (Breakestra - Stones Throw), et depuis, il a posé ses vinyles dans la plupart des bars audiophiles de la capitale. Hugues Marly (de son vrai nom) s'occupe du blog musical Le Gombo, il est également journaliste-pigiste dans l'émission Néo Géo chez Radio Nova. A Toulouse-born DJ now based in Paris, Dr Wax has been collecting records for nearly 20 years. In 2018, he took part in the Funky Sole evenings at The Echo (Los Angeles), organized by Miles Tackett (Breakestra - Stones Throw), and since then, he's been putting his vinyl down in most of the capital's audiophile bars. A reference in the Parisian house and garage scene and a great vinyl collector, Greg Gauthier helped establish this style in France with the essential CHEERS parties and radio shows (from 1990 to 2010) which will be portrayed in the film Eden. His sets range from disco to funk to New York garage to Chicago house. Since 2004, he has been the resident DJ of the famous "Dance Culture" at the Djoon, an innovative party with a unique vibe! The evening brings together the best house dancers in the world with a more afro house, jazz and soulful musical colouring while offering a musical subtlety rare in Parisian clubbing. His long discography is impossible to summarize but he is by example the author of the famous classic House : Dan Electro "Let Them Come".

Though they are only in their mid-20s, brothers Gerardo and Emanuel Cedillo have been intimately involved in dance music for over a decade. They got their start as one half of Kry-Lon, a duo that sat at the forefront of the “new rave” scene in his hometown of Tijuana, Mexico. In the years since, Cedillo brothers had grown enormously as producers DJ's and multi-instrumentalists, and keep themselves busy running the label Vicario Musique Recordings. As Soul Of Hex, they conjure up astral deep house odysseys, drawing from the raw sensuality and restraint of classic house and techno, while incorporating jazzy flourishes and colorful shifts in tone, rhythm and texture. In 2014, Larry Heard himself stepped in to remix the Soul Of Hex track “Lip Reading,” and their DJ schedule has been hectic ever since, including an appearance at Amsterdam’s Dekmantel Festival in 2017.

5 ans et demi déjà que le label suédois Local Talk Records, co-fondé par MAD MATS et Tooli, nous régale avec des sorties toujours à la pointe de la house musicalité. Après plus de 80 releases aussi bien soulful, disco, que deep & acidulé e s avec de très belles signatures telles que Lay Far, HNNY, Kioday, Fulbert, Dj Steaw, il était temps de fêter ça, et de bien foutre le bordel en famille sur le meilleur dancefloor avec les meilleurs danseurs, pour les meilleurs vibes. He naturally slided to soulful house & classics, performin’ at Queen, Bus Palladium, Nirvana… He spun in New York clubs such as Shelter (invited by Timmy Regisford), Cielo (invited by Louie Vega), Avalon, nublu, Saphire & Pink Elephant (with the Animal House Crew)… Reverend P is resident dj of Club Djoon since 2005 and of the Motown Party for 10 years. He shared the night with legends such as Danny Krivit, Dimitri from Paris, Joey Negro, Norman Jay, Nicky Siano, Tony Humphries… Reverend P is the resident Dj of Animal House Party since the beginning. He created Animal House party, label & band, in collaboration with Alex Finkin & Jocelyn Mathieu, producing great Soulful House like hit record « Those days Are gone » on Vega records. His work on classics re-edits is acclaimed that’s a part of Motown Party’s magic, Disco soul & funk classics, mixed live as if it was house music !
