Neal Heard comes on to educate us on all things sneakers, football shirts, and everything that exists in the culture in between. We cover everything from his early days attending his beloved Newport County, casual culture, working with YMC, writing the first book in the UK on trainers (sneakers), swapping shirts at Italia 90, his rarest football kits, the history of the rugby shirt, Lovers FC and most impressively...having a kit on Fifa 23.

In the lead-up to LFW Danny and Jordan break down fashion week. They talk about their experiences across London, Milan, and Paris.
