What are you willing to let go of in order to gain? What is your purpose? How do you tap into your internal well of resources. Episode 19, is the most motivational episode to date and J. Wesley kicked it off with a fast pace piece that will push you to dig deeper. If you were looking for affirmations or a sign, well, this is it. Enjoy. 

Episode 18 starts with a reading from J. Wesley titled, "Cat's out of the bag". He later mentions that this was his most creative intro to date and his favorite because it allowed all of Wesley's personalities to grace to stage. Shortly after, the podcast flows towards another motivational theme as we discuss, "What are you willing to fight for?" which was inspired by a conversation that included Les Brown and other award-winning speakers, on Clubhouse. In episode 6, J. Wesley shares some written pieces on his relationship with Church and God, discusses the importance of pushing past your fears, and knowing when to change rooms when you're not valued. 

In this episode I read a couple of written drafts about the male experience, generational curses and God and discuss what prompted the pieces. 

In Episode 4, I  discuss American politics, share some random thoughts and touch on love being a reflection. 

I started out discussing how we are all caught in the hamster wheel of continuous learning. Eventually my mind and voice took me all over the place. Although scattered, this episode was enjoyable to record.
