Warriors' Garden: Affirmations For Anger

The purpose of this episode is to empower you with affirmations you can use as tools to keep that anger in check and properly addressed. These words are very powerful. These words have energy and power with the ability to help you and to heal you. Let’s begin. 1. I am free of anger, hatred, and discontent. 2. I dedicate my life to peace and harmony. 3. Each time I breath in anger I choose to breath out peace. 4. I am a calm and loving person. 5. I am in control of my life and emotions. 6. Anger is simply fire energy ready to be transformed. 7. I transform and heal my anger into passion and choose to use the energy positively. 8. I am at peace and harmony with everyone and everything. 9. I am a forgiving person. 10. Outside circumstances and situations will not take away my inner peace. 11. No matter what happens on the outside, I am at peace on the inside. 12. Being calm and at peace is part of my nature. 13. I am a passionate, peaceful, and powerful person. 14. I am free to be happy, peaceful, and joyful. 15. I attract peace and harmony into all situations in my life. 16. I choose to transform my anger into positive action. 17. I am made of love and patience. 18. Every day I cultivate peaceful energy in my body. 19. Anger is temporary. Peace is forever. 20. It’s my choice to feel anger or peace. I choose peace. 21. In the past I would let anger cause me suffering. Now I choose to be peaceful. 22. Free of anger. I am happy, peaceful, and loving. 23. I am free of anger and live in a state of joy. 24. Each time I chose peace of mind over anger my life gets better. 25. I walk my life in a state of peace, love, and joy. and I refuse to allow anger to change my course. 26. Each time I release the anger in my heart, I regain space for peace. 27. I choose now to release anger and reclaim my happiness. Revisit this podcast episode as often as needed.
