Hi, there! Welcome to my podcast. I am one ordinary mother of an extraordinary daughter, who transitioned into the afterlife at the age of almost 19. Through this experience I overcame a complete spiritual transformation. I found meditation to be profoundly healing and helping me to connect with my daughter in the afterlife. World Peace Meditation
We are all one consciousness, co-existing as separate fractions. Even if some of us seem to be completely out of touch with "themselves“, we still come from a place of Love. It’s a strong energy imbalance into one side or another of the pendulum. It is very important to not lose compassion for the unconscious. But how do we do that you might say ?
To achieve that, we need to become completely present and that is when silence stillness comes in as a main tool, also called meditation. However that is not to say, that in situations like that, we shouldn't take action. Maybe that's the only thing we need to do is to take action. But when we act from presence, our inner "I" is really non reactive, just observing our actions.

Meditation for Forgiveness
This meditation concentrates on our hard feelings and emotions. We are all energy first and then physical bodies and within this combination, we carry a package of emotions, including the dark ones, especially when we feel vulnerable or feel injustice and feel the need to protect ourselves. But if we allow for those feelings to linger and stay within our energy system for too long, it becomes very toxic.
Probably the hardest thing to do is to forgive ourselves, someone or some situation that harmed us or the people that we love. Unforgiveness is a feeling, an emotion, just like happiness or love. We just need to balance these feelings out. If we don’t remove and cleanse those difficult feelings, they contaminate us and it will affect our life, our environment, and our physical body in ways that’s not in service with us anymore.
This meditation will bring those feelings out, like dirt from all of the corners. It will clean it and fill it with new, rejuvenating energy. This exercise is a very necessary part of our balanced and harmonized existence.
This meditation will bring alignment and lightness into your body and your physical environment.

Grounding meditation
This is a meditation for Grounding. This meditation will help to connect with our Earthly energy, that helps us to become stable and balanced within our energy. So if you can visualize the guitar string, when it’s out of tune, and it’s loose, it’s wiggly and it makes this weird sound.
