Apollos was an evangelist and you can read the account I’m referencing in Acts 18:24–28.  My point is that Furtick is an incredibly passionate and gifted speaker.  As such my contention is maybe he simply needs someone like a Priscilla and Aquila to come and “explained to him the way of God more accurately”. In stating this I did fail to note that many have tried to do this with Furtick and he has not humbled himself to listen.

Sometimes what you say and what someone hears can be two different things. Christians sometimes use words that are foreign to those outside the church. Understanding your context is very important.
