How to Train Like An Athlete! For ALL fitness levels...

On today episodes, I break down the ins and outs of me transitioning from gym girl journey from just resistance training to now adding in some fun, flare and functionality to mimick the training of athletes. It has seriously shifted me physically as well as mentally!Here's a list of what I recommended:Sprints!! Or 9am shift or 8:30am school drop off or whatever it is in your case.Am I saying its not doable? No.I’m just asking you this: “why are you doing all of this?”Is it because the instagrammer you follow does?Or is it because you actually thoroughly enjoy doing those things and think they will add to your life.For so long, I felt that I had to get all of this done before my day started, in order to show up as an integral human being.That’s actually not true in the slightest.
