Bailey and Old Pros seek not just to decriminalize sex work but to destigmatize it too, arguing that sex workers have not only provided a much-in-demand service but helped to push the boundaries of freedom and liberty. But this new law does not mean you can use these products everywhere. Here is your guide to safe and legal recreational cannabis use: All products from edibles to THC vapes must be purchased from a licensed dispensary. No one is allowed to possess more than 750 milligrams of THC, 1.5 ounces of flower or 12 grams of concentrated cannabis at one time, according to the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA). Civil and criminal penalties for additional possession depend on how much more a person has over the legal amount.
